Got the California burrito for dinner, to echo another poster we saw them putting the whole burrito in a microwave, major turn off. Taste was edible but nothing to get too excited about. Left disappointed because we saw this place had 4.5 stars at the time so I’m not sure where the discrepancy is coming from.

The food is okay at best. The quantities are fairly small for the prices. The food did not have an authentic feel. Their tostada was loaded with beans (the worst tostada I've seen or tasted). The enchilada is prepared very diferently than s true mexican restaurant. I'd rather eat chipotle.

I got a California burrito pork one the guy comes over puts the ingredients in the lettuce. The onions, the cheese, all that stuff. The guac then proceeds to throw said burrito into the microwave. I should have said right then and there. What are you doing? But I decided I'm not going to speak up. I'm not going to be in a hole down here. But just before you know the lettuce was. Oh God awful. The burrito fell apart right away because it was a microwaved instead. Put back onto the grill to eat up the cheese or whatever the hell they're doing with that I do not recommend this place

I’ve always loved a good “hole in the wall” restaurant— Taqueria Corona has the BEST atmosphere, best service, and most authentic food! It’s our go-to every time. Red Sangria and Blackened Shrimp Tacos are my usual!
Can’t beat the grill flavor on the tacos. The #3 is our favorite because it offers so much variety at an awesome price.

The BEST Mexican food restaurant in town! The food is always freshly prepares and absolutely delicious. I favor the Mexican pizzas, the fish tacos, and the tongue tacos. Their Pico de Gallo is some of the best I've had. The only thing that is disappointing is that the chips and Pico is not complimentary like other Mexican restaurants.
