Attended a wedding reception and the venue was very nice. I was pleased with the food service and drinks. There is plenty of parking and they had security. Seating was limited but they did bring out more tabkes and chairs after the wedding party made their entrance.

*10 October 2025* Visiting from Atlanta. This place is just beautiful! I was here for my friend's nighttime wedding. The décor, the organization of the event, the attentiveness of the staff, the bride, the groom, the singer -- everything was beautiful! Because the wedding took place in the evening, everything was lit beautifully.
The one thing I would suggest is for the employees to PLEASE separate the chairs in the courtyard a bit more for weddings because the chairs were way TOO CLOSE to each other. It was uncomfortable and felt as if we were sitting on top of each other. Because of this, I gave this spot 4 stars.
The reception area was just as beautiful. It's nice and spacious. The employees noticed that there weren't enough tables and chairs, so they brought more out to accommodate the standing wedding guests.
The appetizers were so good and filled us up before the actual dinner! Lol. By the time the actual dinner was ready, me and my friend were good and full, but we still got up to fix our plates. The bartenders were amazing and had the lines moving.
If I ever needed a beautiful event space if I lived in the NOLA area, I would totally rent out The Champagne Palace. I especially love how they greet you at the entrance with a champagne flute upon ringing the champagne bell. Clever concept.

Kristin is very professional and personable and made our planning smooth and stress-free from beginning until the day of the wedding. This venue is truly a one-stop shop. The customer service was top-notch, the food was unbelievable—everything you could want from authentic New Orleans cuisine and more, served unlimited. Our guests are still talking about it!
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and made the celebration even more special. It was elegant, spacious, and had everything we needed to make my mom’s milestone birthday unforgettable.
