Not sure why the reviews are low. But the food here was absolutely amazing!! The tots are seasoned and drenched in cheese and jalapeños are to die for!!Only thing I would recommend urgently is that the place needs a deep cleaning. I know it’s a lot of fried food so the oil residue is everywhere and visible by look and touch.

There is no such thing as "hot chicken" or "hot tots" here. It's basic chicken and tots with salt and pepper on them. Also, I ordered both of my meals to be "virgin - no sauce" and they tossed them both in sauce. Why offer options if you won't even listen to them? Let it be known this has happened on two SEPARATE occasions at this location. The location on Veterans in Metairie NEVER has this issue. I will make sure to never order from this location again.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches, tenders tots with jalapeño cheese. They put three cut up nuggets on the sandwiches, no tenders, and the tots came with a side of honey mustard. Very disappointing
