Canceled my order for no reason. Do not plan to do business with them ever again. Avoid takeout orders because they will cancel on you.

This is the second time this location has canceled my Uber Eats order. This was an office lunch and they ruined it. The in-store staff is subpar. Ordering from here would be similar to ordering from Burger King, etc., think fast food in disguise. The new Byblos location in Elmwood is a much better option.

Today was my first time at Zoe's Kitchen and Miss Teresa behind the counter was so incredibly kind and helpful. As I waited in line, I noticed that she was guiding each person through the menu, offering suggestions based on their hunger level, and cleverly upselling. She was also constantly running food to people's tables and had a positive attitude throughout. When it was my turn to order, I realized I didn't have my credit card and had to transfer funds into the account. Miss Teresa was so patient and understanding and never seemed agitated or rushed. She was a real pleasure and if I don't come back for the great food, I'll definitely come back just to see Miss Teresa.

Just wanted to rave about my experience at Zoe’s on yesterday. My team and I were welcomed soon as we dotted the door. With this being our first time we had lots of question. The manager J took his time explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable with ordering. Our food arrived pipping hot and tasted amazing. The kitchen staff was moving really efficiently and left a lasting smile on our faces. Mr. J and another lady Ms T came by to ensure all was tasting well. There’s a great culture in this store and they are led well. We will definitely be back for more Zoe’s!!!
This was my 1st time ordering from here so i really can't blame anyone. They guy who took my order also was new but he was very nice. I saw some other options later after i stepped back and got to really look over the menu. The humus was really delicious...i ordered the trio and i do have a favorite so i need to try to figure out which one it was. The salmon kabobs taste really good. I saw that you could order two different kabobs at once. I do plan to try everything on the menu. Lol. The salmon was juicy and not dry. The only problem i figure out was that i needed to say pls put pita chips on the side as they were soggy and soft. I just didn't know to say that...but i still loved everything else. I think this is gonna be my new fav summer spot as i am trying to eat healthier. I think a manager came from the back to see if i had been helped....i do love when people pay attention and take notice that someone walks in. Thanks

I’ve been coming here for years… been 6 months or so since I’ve last been and today I won’t ever be returning. Stood in line waiting for order for a good 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged, as a worker is bagging to go orders with three other employees. Completely ignoring me. Never said anything. No “I will be with you in a minute”. so I left. And she gave me an ugly face when I left. ?? so disappointing. Do better. Oh and the place was empty!!! So no excuse on being busy :(

Just wanted to rave about the team here at Zoes Elmwood. I called in to place a large last minute catering order. I spoke with Danielle and she was very polite and informative. They were able to get 49 different box lunches ready for me in 15 minutes. The dining room was very busy as well but all guest waiting seemed to be really happy as food was coming out the kitchen really quick. Ms. Theresa bagged my order and just simply went above and beyond ensuring everything was there and assuring me we will enjoy our meal. This was an employee request and I must say EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING.We will be back for sure. The leadership and hospitality was felt through the phone, within my interaction with the team and in our bellies. Who ever is managing this location is doing a wonderful job.
