First and last time here. Placed an online order. When I went to pick up my order, I was immediately overwhelmed by a bad smell as I entered the restaurant. It smelled like old grease and sewers. The inside was filthy. All the employees were sitting around in the dining area talking loudly and doing nothing, and it took awhile for one of them to come to the counter to help me. One employee was even holding a baby and it was sitting on one of the tables. So disgusting and unsanitary! I would have walked back out had I not already paid for my food in the app. One kid made my food by himself as the other employees continued to sit around. I could tell he was annoyed, understandably. I'm probably going to catch something from eating here. This location needs to be shut down.

Worthless lazy and rude employees. No one in store and no one ahead of me in drive threw line and still waited 30 mins for a combo meal.this is always happening. They need to shut it down or restaff

I ordered on the Burger King app. I went to the drive thru and waited for about ten minutes they never said anything. I sat behind one car for another ten minutes, so I parked and walked in and to my amazement, the manager had the drive thru headset and was sleeping and snoring across the counter. After that the associate couldn't find my order and they she did and informed me that they didn't have any of my items. She said she couldn't refund my money and I couldn't get it off the app. I even tried calling the corporate office and that was a joke. They lost a customer for a very small amount of money $6.42.

What I can said about my experience at this place, two of the workers did not let me get in(8:30 PM) but a good lady( a coworker) let me in and make me feel confortable, I really appreciate this lady and wish that this place can look one day like America “ Great Again “ such a chame, what it’s happening to America?

Third time in a month this place is not open at 7:00am. Every time I go through this drive through the lady on the call box says we’re not open and it will be 10 minutes before we open. If you’re not open at the time posted of 6am on your door, then don’t post 6am as the open time. I will not return to this Burger King. Very pathetic BK. These workers need to be replaced!

It's no wonder why this location has such terrible reviews. I'll never come back here again. The staff obviously hate their life choices and hate working here. If you hate your job so much just quit.

All employees are standing outside doing nothing. Been here for a week and every time I go that’s what they do saying the chef left. They even left the keys in the door. I’d give negative stars if I could. I’d hope Burger King them selves become aware of what these people are doing do their store

Lady just sitting outside drive thru with headset on. People in line she just let us sit there instead of saying we close or no help she just looking Stupid. I see why no one showed up.

Absolutely terrible. Drive thru didn't move an inch in 8 minutes so I went inside. 3 people were waiting ahead of me inside. I counted 6 ppl working and yet it was utter chaos. The drink machine had no ice and no carbonation, also only about 7 name brand drink selections available. And they don't tell you any of that before you purchase a drink. I also had to remind them to give me the cup. I heard them yelling my order as they finally got to it. So I assumed I would at least get a fresh sandwich. Now you tell me how they are making everything to order and are behind yet I end up with two cold sandwiches. Worst experience in Burger King by far. No idea how they got so wrecked before noon. Took me 40 min to get there get a sandwich and leave

I would give them zero Stars if possible. The employees at this location are always up to something. Closing early, extremely slow service, and their favorite is "we're not taking orders. Our system is down". It is clear that the manager of this store is not managing anything.
