Hire people who know how to provide half way decent customer service. The young lady who took my order was speaking so low I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. That was at the speaker and the window. Get to the window soon as I pay I’m asked to pull around and my food would be brought out to me. Nobody was in line before or after me but I had to pull at. Young lady comes out. Her pants are falling off and she proceeds to pull them up while holding my bag. I noticed her fingernails has more dirt under them than what my work boots have on them. Ma’am you are working in public but most importantly you are working with food. Get yourself together. Get my food after waiting and everything was lukewarm or completely cold. Food and the coffee. So what did I pull around and wait for?

Had the brisket whopper.... hardly had any brisket and looked like the whole thing was squished. Fries weren't done either. The one we stopped at in Picayune was phenomenal 🙌

The sandwich was alright I guess, but the hashbrowns were so disgusting I ended up throwing them away. Completely empty on the inside and soaked in grease. Not sure how they managed to cook something so hard that the food inside literally disintegrated and also manage to make it soaking wet with grease. Shame on the employee who put this in the bag
