I’ve been here a few times because I live mins away but my order has been wrong every time I’ve ordered. I checked my receipt to make sure I placed my order correctly and it’s good on the receipt but when I get home it’s been wrong everytime…. www.mybkexperience doesn’t even work to fill out a survey when you put the store number (6006) and the survey code or transaction id. Went through drive up, ordered French toast only, was told to drive to double door food would be brought out, About a minute later a truck pulled behind me then a minute ot 2 another car pulled behind the truck. I wait almost 10 minutes then the employee came out with all the orders at one time. I should not have to wait for everyone's orders to be ready before I get my order Not cool, not cool at all, poor customer service.
