The sandwich was alright I guess, but the hashbrowns were so disgusting I ended up throwing them away. Completely empty on the inside and soaked in grease. Not sure how they managed to cook something so hard that the food inside literally disintegrated and also manage to make it soaking wet with grease. Shame on the employee who put this in the bag

I checked my receipt to make sure I placed my order correctly and it’s good on the receipt but when I get home it’s been wrong everytime…. www.mybkexperience doesn’t even work to fill out a survey when you put the store number (6006) and the survey code or transaction id.
