Almost 5 min wait just to be greeted on drive thru speaker ..then after I payed for my order I had exactly a 20 min wait for 3 items..2 chicken sandwiches and a 4 piece cheddar bite ..absolute opposite of what a normal American would consider "fast " food also they only had 2 customers in drive thru before me and zero in the lobby !!! No apologies from staff then did not even get a receipt with my order i had to go inside and get one ..

Picked up something fast late at night around 11:30pm hoping to get a warm meal. Both fries and burgers were cool and that was after waiting 10-15 min in the drive-thru. The promo code from the app and there was no ice for the drinks either. Take your money elsewhere.

The worst thing is to have to wait for an order for 10 to 15 minutes, only for to be incorrect at the drive-through window. Today is Monday, August 19. I stopped at the drive-through about 1:15. The man working at the drive-through was absolutely rude and could have been anywhere else, but at worked today probably why he got my order completely wrong

I've been trying for 3 days to get ahold of someone in corporate management. Unless you have a receipt, they really don't want to hear from us peons.On Thursday June 6th at 1930 (7:30pm) the lobby was closed.I was picking up an order for doordash. I tried to order a Rodeo burger for a snack because I was hungry.This was denied because I was picking up a doordash order.I asked her for a name and got "T".I was also asked to leave the pickup window. This is common. They do it to scam the efficiency software. I see it as dishonest. Waits at this location are stupid long.Also I am irritated that they are in the business of selling burgers and refused to sell one to me. I can't help but wonder why?Corporate needs to get some experienced leadership into this store before it goes bankrupt.
