Drive thru employees very unprofessional. Absolutely no cars in the drive thru and I went to the wrong line for mobile order. This is something new they started doing at this location. The man in the drive thru told me I was going to have to back out and go through the other empty line to be served. While the lady in the other lane who I did not see before driving in was sitting on the ground and looking right up at me. They could have taken my order they were just being lazy and unprofessional. I will not be back!! The food is too expensive here to be treated that way. I've never had this type of experience at a Chik Fil A I am truly flabbergasted.

My order was canceled and my money was taken. My food wasnt made. This is ridiculous. And i received no confirmation in regards to my order.
Very disappointed I mistakenly got in the mobile line there were no one else there you had two people out there taking orders she refused to take my orders saying that she couldn't take my order I had to place my order at the window then they had to take it out bring it to the car I don't find this being efficient
The fries were way off. They were very overcooked and kind of ruined my meal. They were too hard to enjoy. I hope it was just an off day.

This store is horrible the customer service horrible worker argued back and forth with me about my order after I spent my hard earned money do they not realize customers are the reason they have a job . She needs to be terminated this was 1 star service Worst of Worst I do not recommend Harvey location

My Salad portion was HALF of what should have been.

On my way out I stopped at counter to get a drink refill and there was four employees standing around talking, I waited a few minutes and NO ONE took the time to serve me.
I left my drink container and walked out !
Sad ! This used to be a well run restaurant.

This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.
Vegetarian options: The salads are made to order and you can specify no chicken or cheese.
Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 3-5 handicap parking spaces with wheelchair room.

Mehki made the experience horrible. Her attitude was awful, she acted as if she didn’t know what she was doing, acted as if coming through the drive through was an inconvenience to her. She should NOT be handling customers. I had to repeat myself several times and correct my order (I went 1 meal at a time to specifically make sure it didn’t get messed up), she wouldn’t read my order back to me and then when I asked her to, again the order was wrong, it was 3 meals and modifications. I had to tell her several times I was using rewards because she was trying to charge me full price for all 3 meals even though I explicitly said in the beginning that I’m using rewards. She was just severely incompetent and I wouldn’t put her anywhere near people until she gets more thorough training. A shame that she represented chik fil a today.
