Went through drive thru young man that took my order was very pleasant. Read my order bk everything was rite. I asked for lemon in my sweet tea n didn’t get it. My granddaughter ordered the blue Powerade for her drink. This is the second time I had to bring it back because it taste watered down so we ordered a Dr Pepper and it taste watered down as well. Not sure if Chick-fil-A is trying to cut back on expenses, but you don’t do that if you want repeat customers, we pay enough...

Drive thru employees very unprofessional. Absolutely no cars in the drive thru and I went to the wrong line for mobile order. This is something new they started doing at this location. The man in the drive thru told me I was going to have to back out and go through the other empty line to be served. While the lady in the other lane who I did not see before driving in was sitting on the ground and looking right up at me. They could have taken my order they were just being lazy...
