I’d be suprised if the entire staff can dress themselves in the morning. The constant lack of attention, the disgusting sticky floors that make you lose your appetite and the way they can NEVER get a single order correct is beyond me. None of the people working here should have jobs, this entire establishment needs to fold like Shoney’s. I hate Chillis with every fiber of my being. Please shut down and make room for a restaurant worth anyone’s time.

I ordered through Door Dash, dinner for both my husband & myself. According to the restaurant, they claim they never received my order. According to Door Dash, not only DID the restaurant receive the order, they CONFIRMED it!!! I called Chilis back and told them what Door dash said and they repeated themselves with a rude attitude, that they never received the order. Well suddenly there was a knock at the front door and it was a gentleman from Door Dash with our order. When I told him what had happened, he informed me that he has had problems with Chilis, before. The food was disgusting. I remember going to the particular restaurant in the past and the food was wonderful. The food we got tonight, I wouldn't feed my dog. It was so horrible, we couldn't eat it. Luckily we got a full refund from Door Dash and an extra $10 credit for our inconvenience. We will NEVER go to or order online from Chilis again.

I had the Trio Fajitas. They were very tasty. Our waitress, Ms. Tee was very professional and very attentive. I would recommend visiting this Chili's on Manhattan.

Attitude with staff was Great!!! The bartender lady with short blonde hair just walked slow an was constantly eating behind bar. Drink tickets not being addressed as should be. My waitress I believe she said her name was (Shayne,Cheyenne,) no name tag so I did best I could. She was great....beer was flat on tap she swapped it for bottle to accommodate the taste. Ordered trio fajitas with corn tortillas an tortillas were horrible,uncooked an in pieces, literally!! I've been to multiple chili restaurants across the country an it's sad to say this one was not up to par as the others ?overall my waitress was wayyyyy better than food an beverages....on to the next one ...

Where do I begin? Once I walked in I sat at the bar and it took 10 minutes for someone to notice me, mind you this place only had 4 people total at the bar including myself.Any how one of the biggest issues I have is when ordering an appetizer for some reason something that shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes tends to come when you receive your meal!Here I am sitting with 4 plates in front of me explained to me how this is okay.The staff seems to be delayed for some reason, I would understand if it was busy, but I’ve been here more than once and it has not been full.Staff needs to be friendlier, more attentive.I usually enjoy environments that have a good atmosphere, this place is not it. Everyone seems miserable here, I really hope next time I come the staff isn’t all that I’ve described.Side note the bar needs to be cleaned behind the counter in nasty I would shut that side down and deep clean and train someone new and faster at their job. I’m sure chilis can find someone more qualified.

I went to Chili's after work and ordered a bowl of soup with mac and cheese and a ribeye steak. What i got was a bowl of Chilli for my appetizer and when i received my ordered it was a ribeye a loaded mashed potstos and instead of mac and cheese i received and mashed potatoes. Chilis is my go to place to get dinner and a few drinks. I really can say that I'm never coming back to your establishment.I went to Chili on 1741 Manhattan Blvd. I arrived there about a little after 5p

WAITRESS WAS AMAZING! However, food was horrible. Took forever to come out. We were a party of 2. We didn't order anything big. Appetizers to be exact. It took between 45mins-1hr for our food to come. The food was cold. Like it just came out the fridge, throw it in the microwave and serve. Sitting right on the side of us were, workers. LOUD!!! The ONLY reason why we stayed is because of the waitress. We will absolutely NEVER coke back.

On 3/21/24 Thursday, Ashley was our waiter, she waited on my Mother & I on Table 53 she was very nice, helpful & accommodating the food was hot and delicious, I was trying to give the good review on one of the tablet devices on the table but it cut off after the payment I hope the Supervisors, Managers and General Managers can give her high praise for the good job she did. So treat her right don't lose her or you might regret it, keep up the good work?.

We had a new server (she was nice) but do to well. We had a huge party of 13 people in which she started out good then turned really bad. First we received our appetizes before our drinks. Secondly the server put the order in wrong. Thirdly the food lacked flavor and my steak was chewy. Fourth we waited about 30 mins to receive our checks to pay for the meal. To be fair they were short staffed and the manager did apologize. Special thanks to 'Fran' who helped out with the new server after going MIA for awhile.
