The wait time in the drive-thru took too long. I wanted to enjoy it but did not. It tasted pretty watered down with no hint of tea. I got the same exact thing in Katy as I always get so I was excited to get it here, it tasted NOTHING like the one in Katy. The one at this location tasted like someone had a bad day or they were stretching the ingredients to minimize cost.

Machine was down so couldn’t (and wouldn’t) take my points after purchase. Also, they charged me extra for requesting no ice in my drinks and I would have never known unless I asked for a receipt. Since then, the Sharetea opened less than 3 minutes away, don’t charge me for requesting no ice, and the service is WAY better! Go to Sharetea instead!

The young lady who waits on me is always polite and helpful. I wanted to boost the flavor of my usual drink which is the mango dreamsicle. She suggested I add mango jelly and extra mango syrup. Yyummmm!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

If i could give ZERO stars i would, the staff and management in this organization is highly racist and unprofessional towards the hispanic community. DO NOT give these people your money.

This place gets 5 stars off having a drive thru alone. We decided to take a ride from Metairie to Harvey and this place did not disappoint. We did utilize the drive thru and the service was very swift. The menu is a little overwhelming because it was so much to choose from. We got the strawberry slush with the strawberry boba and the Christmas matcha drink. I was a little iffy on the matcha drink but it ended up being really good. Definitely will make that ride again soon.

Great place. I was only sad to figure out that the nondairy creamer is not vegan after having had the honeydew boba many times. (IT’S BUSSIN). But it’s pretty mis-leading. The creamer has sodium casienate which is a milk derivative… so it’s technically dairy free but it’s not actually animal free. I Guess I’ll give it to a friend. Still the best boba spot in Nola. Thanks, love y’all bunch.

Matcha Slush !? Intrigued... I love matcha so it's a no brainer. I got the matcha slushy with 30% sugar and by surprise all the slushy are made with a non dairy creamer. Service was nice and surprisingly fast. As for the ambiance Idk I went through the drive through so you're going to have to take the other reviewers word. The drink and price is good 4/5 if the matcha was a bit stronger I would give it higher but that's kinda expected with a slush since it's mostly ice. I would get it again or try the other matcha drink with red bean. Great location too with a nice size parking lot but the drive through is tight so be careful.

Ya boi Vincent. Found coffee jelly in the wintermelon milk tea (dope). Also recommend box combo no cole slaw.

BEST. PLACE. EVER. I'm seriously convinced every ding tea place is just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The service is ALWAYS GREAT. And everything is always done so fast at lighting speed. And the taste is always absolutely phenomenal. If I had to choose between any other boba/tea shop..I would choose them everytime! Oh! And the atmosphere there is absolutely amazing! It's a beautiful vibe and fun place to be around and in!Vegetarian options: You can choose vegan/vegetarian items!Parking: Atleast 18-20 spots!Kid-friendliness: It has cool little toys and stuff animals around! And cool backdrops to take cool pictures!! And has a TV with cool stuff playing all the time!Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp to go up!

My first experience with this business was great. Unfortunately, my second trip here was disappointing. I ordered a strawberry milk tea, which is my go to order at boba places similar to this. The drink I received had next to no strawberry syrup and was primarily tea with what seemed like little to no milk either. The drink tasted of just tea mainly which was unfortunate.

Nice quality milk tea spot. The menu is confusing as there are a lot of options. The staff generally isn't helpful. They just stare at you blankly, don't explain the menu or options.Otherwise good tea.

Ding Tea Nola is a solid boba tea spot. I normally get the tropical fruit with popping lychee bubbles, but this time I got the Dalgona Signature Coffee. It was okay - I think I should have asked for it to be sweetened a bit more. (I've noticed with all of their drinks, they aren't super sweet so if you like a sweeter drink, definitely ask for a lil extra.) I also wish that they offered oat milk as a milk alternative. I believe their only options are whole milk, skim milk and almond milk. But overall, there menu has a lot of options, the staff is very nice and the inside of the building is very cute. Not my #1 boba spot on the westbank but a solid option for sure, and they are open later other boba spots so that's pretty clutch as well.
