Delivery took over 2 hours to get to me because they only had one driver (not my problem), but ok, benefit of doubt. But when my pizza arrives and it looks like there is barely any sauce on it and absolutely no garlic seasoning on the crust, and the pizza tastes like crap, that's when I get highly upset. The manager on duty could care less and blame the issue on the other workers and the fact that she only had one driver. After paying for pizza and a delivery fee, I expect better, not exceptional, but at the very least, what I paid for. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this locations delivery service. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. It's a shame you can't have your business together on a slow Tuesday night.

Have SuperBowl company over and we all decided we’d get Dominos before we head out. Settled on 7 Black Box Pizzas and 4 sixteen piece wings. Walked into the location the employee told me I couldn’t PHYSICALLY place an order only online. So I walked outside called the number I usually call to order, was placed on hold for a live agent and hung up on twice. As if talking to someone with a strong accent isn’t difficult enough I asked once again can I not place an order in which she said only online. Crazy how the world is based solely on technology now. But sadly I left without ordering and I’ll never order again. I like things when they made sense. This really doesn’t. Lost a faithful customer with this one.

Very disappointed seems a bit racist the old lady that’s a driver & the brain seems to only be focused on ppl of they color was able to help everyone behind me never said hello how are you doing what’s your name NOTHING but helped everyone of they color smh NO I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! Kind of unfair when I ordered way before any of these ppl but food was given to them before I could get mines !!!! Not happy giving weird energy

OMG ... worst food service experience ever.
Ordered my pizza at 6pm. received a call at 630p saying that they didnt have an ingredient for my pizza. no big deal, I selected another. at 720p, my tracker said my driver is leaving the store. at 750p I call the store to check on my pizza delivery that hadnt yet arrived and no update on the tracker. got hung up on! Tried calling back several times with the same result. at 815p decided to visit the store myself to check on my order since i couldnt cancel online or over the phone. was a sign on the door that said lobby is closed. worker would not open the door or answer the phone while I was calling from outside! All he did was point to the drive through window --- where several cars were already lined up.
I waited in line until 850pm just to speak with the worker. He told me they did not have a driver! i mean --- call me to tell me there was no chicken but failed to mention no driver? Still never received my pizza and pasta bowl! Never received a refund. just a shoulder shrug from the cashier - WHO WAS PLAYING ON HIS CELLPHONE!!
They should just close this dump down.

Went to pick up my 2 Pizzas from the Manhattan location after getting off from a long day of work Monday and to my Surprise a low quality pizza. I was very disappointed because a pizza should not look this way. I use to work for Pizza Hut and Domino’s a few years ago and this would be considered unacceptable. This was definitely rushed and it’s giving whoever prepared this was not in a good mood, unenergized. Like where is the cheese and sauce ????? Just Gimme my Moneyyyy ! Or a remake please

Yesterday we ordered two large pizzas and soda for $46.00 they handed the pizzas to us and my wife asked for cheese, pepper and napkins the lady who took the money said that we charged for those. Many others places that we ordered they gave out free pepper cheeses and napkins to go with the orders. This place will be the last time to go here.

Guess I should have read the reviews first before ordering because I had not ordered from this location in a while. I called 2x, being left on hold. The second time I called, the person said they would update my sauce request, but still delivered the wrong one.Look at the photos! The food was not hot and the chicken looked thrown together. The cheesy bread was too much dough and looked to have been sitting for a while. I added instructions to ring the bell, and leave the food at the door. The person didn't ring the bell.Before I could report my disappointment, I received an email saying, "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be. We let you down." Yes, they did. They offered points to make it right, so guess I will have to go in, make the order real-time to get fresh, hot food. Soo disappointed. Do better!!

I ordered my food on May 1st at 6:20 pm and my son went to go pick my pizza up came back with the wrong order so I called ask for the Manager and he said that I gave him the wrong order so I said ok Wat are we going to do he said bring the order back and he will give us a free drink so my son came back home with cold food and no drink so I called and talk to the manager he was very rude and cursing me out on the phone I always order my pizza from here they will no longer get my service again.

This is a picture of a supposedly fresh pizza you can clearly see how fry it is this pizza look like it’s been in the store since Mardi Gras dry and dehydrated I know my stomach about to pay for the two slices I ate I had to drink water behind the dryness and I feel my stomach bubbling… do better y’all nobody should have to spend money to eat something they could have gotten out of the dumpster in the back for free

No fault to the workers, however, when a pizza takes over an hour and a half to be delivered and at the delivery cost plus tip to the driver, this is ridiculous. System failure or not, the staff should at least let the customer know of the delays just as airlines must notify their customers. I would have already canceled the order if I knew or planned for a delay had I known. Disappointing. Never ordering from here again. And again, there wasn’t enough cheese, and it was overall subpar to say the least. Reminds me of plenty of other restaurants in the area that lack good service in the New Orleans area.
