Percy the location manager is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Lacks customer service skills and zero leadership. He down talks the company and their reward program. Please don’t spend your money at this location. Domino’s please do better my private company will be discontinuing our partnership due to Percy’s RUDENESS!!!! I will most definitely be filing a formal complaint through our home office. I wish I could give him -5!!!!

Consumer Alert Domino’s Store #5204 (2032 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA) towed my car from a dark lot with a hidden sign on a pole. Store manager’s decision, not city law. Corporate ignored me. Complaints filed with BBB and LA Attorney General. @dominos

I order two pizzas with extra cheese and garlic crust and I was provide pizza with just regular crust. They usually get my order right but how yoh forget the extra cheese and garlic crust?
The pizza dough was not fully cooked I had to come home and throw it back in the oven. I did not enjoy the pizza.

Cayln is horrible very nasty attitude, when they got my order wrong ! I added every ingredient I wanted NO tomato sauce I gave the pizza back she slammed the window in my face as I was still talking

Delivery took over 2 hours to get to me because they only had one driver (not my problem), but ok, benefit of doubt. But when my pizza arrives and it looks like there is barely any sauce on it and absolutely no garlic seasoning on the crust, and the pizza tastes like crap, that's when I get highly upset. The manager on duty could care less and blame the issue on the other workers and the fact that she only had one driver. After paying for pizza and a delivery fee, I expect better, not exceptional, but at the very least, what I paid for. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this locations delivery service. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. It's a shame you can't have your business together on a slow Tuesday night.
