I honestly wish i could give zeros stars because the manger that was on duty tonight 4/8/2024 that claims to be the GM (which I so hope that’s not true because if so yall definitely need him back in training) was HORRIBLE!!!! Tried to place the order online first for delivery, the system was down, called to place an order the person on the phone tried to send it in to the store and they said there was an issue on the stores end so they transferred me over to the store directly, the manager on duty answers the phone and I tell them “i would like to place a order for delivery “ “huh???? What???” I repeated myself and then tells me “ughhh alrightttt” I’m sorry but do you want me to order or not cause I can just go to brothers like I had to end up doing anyway, tried to give him my address and he asks me if it’s the apartments across the street from them…. I don’t know what that was important because if you put my address along with the apartment name that I gave you it will tell you exactly where I’m at. I told him I didn’t know if it was across the street or not, tried to give him my apartment number and he tells me “hold on” basically yelling at me. I hung the phone up and drove down to just try to place and order, this was at 10:47 pm store closes at 12 pm. I get there doors locked, fine I go to drive thru and try to place a order, the young lady tells me they can’t take orders at the window…. I told her I tired to place and order over the phone but the person had a attitude the whole time. I asked for a manger and who comes up to talk to me??? The person on the phone! I told him my grieve and he tells me “I tried to help you and you hung up on me” yes i definitely did when your going to have attitude the whole time, I told home exactly how I felt and even told him i understand… yall are tired and probably want to go home…. But yall could have just as well told me on the phone “ma’am we are going to be closing early tonight so we won’t be taking anymore orders” would I have been mad yes but understandable because I’ve worked in customer for 10 years 6 or those years as a server then a manger so I know how frustrating these jobs can be but to take it out on your customers no that’s not how you handle things, I didn’t get disrespectful, I didn’t yell…. After I said what I had to say I asked him, now would you like for me to go park and call so I can place my order or would you like to refuse service to me? Because when I told him about the conversation on the phone he told me “I can refuse service to you now if I want to but I’m trying to help” what would have even been the reason to refuse service to me? Because I voice and opinion on how I was treated? He tells me “it’s up to you at this point on what you wanna do because now I got an attitude “ that right there pissed me off, then he tells me I’m refusing service, I asked him what his name was and when will the GM be in and he tells me “I am the GM” and shuts the window. I don’t know how y’all are training these kids and I can only say kid because I know a full grown adult would not act like that. Yall need to go to that store and re train the crew. This was ridiculous.

Slow service. Walk ins were not greeted and asked if they were there to place an order or pickup. Zero situational awareness by workers. Several workers in the back not doing anything to assist other workers.

Placed an order to today. Pizza, wings n tater tots. The wings were mushy n tater tots were dry when i called to let them know about my disappointment with my order. I was told they had to set the oven higher bcuz they have a high volume of orders tonite. I said so is that why my wings r mushy. I was told I can't tell u y ur wings r mushy but, thanks for lettingus kno about it. . N then I was told there's nothing they could do for me to correct the problem. This just let's me know that they DO NOT care about repeat customers. I may b just one customer y'all lost,but word of mouth is everything.

Placed an online order, waited over half an hour before driving to the store to pick it up. Employee told me he could see the order but he couldn't see what the actual order was so he never started making it. He also apparently never thought to maybe call my listed phone number to let me know of the issue. Big trash. Send these people back to school.

I waited for my online placed order for 40 min .. the pizza wasn’t fresh and I told them run my wings through the over twice and she said okay but did not do it .. I was not satisfied as a previous manger employee of the company I know the pizza is not supposed to be served that way ..

Tried placing an order at approximately 12:30 am on the app. Took my order and payment and seemed everything was fine. I then received a call from the store telling me they weren't doing delivery. I offered to pick it up and they said they weren't making any more pizzas. If you're going to shut it down at 12:30 and advertise open until 1...at least have the decency to change the closing time.

This particular store NEVER corrects their mistakes. They need to do away with this location. I placed an order and it was partially incorrect, I called the same day. No answer. Called the next day, "you'll have to wait for a GM to be on duty". Definitely will not use this location anymore.
