Visited here on the 23rd of February. Evidently, this was a special event night, and the place was slammed. The trouble with the place was not enough staff. We waited for approx 1.5 hours while the management focused only on pick up and to go orders. The dining room was all. UT shut down to new diners while the staff basically ignored the dine in patrons.When we finally got sat, the waitress did an amazing job of easing our frustrations. The food was great, and we left having had a great meal. I would suggest visiting this place on a non-event evening if you want a good experience. Just don't be surprised if you arrive and don't have the experience you expected.

Some of the reviews dont seem to reflect the actual experience.The customer service is the worst.... they lost a customer receipt and couldn't seem to adjust to the minor inconvenience. Management was not managing. I stood patiently, waiting to place an order of a dozen blue crabs. Their team is not together, and I couldn't trust them to handle my food, so I decided to leave. Good luck if you chose to visit . Please pay attention to who's serving you and what you receive.

If I could RATE them lower, I would. Placed an order over an hour ago. They repeated my order and even gave me the cost. Get there and they said my order was cancelled. How can this happen! No excuse and no offer to make it right. All that we were told is they were too busy and not accepting any additional orders, as to why it was cancelled not understanding why the order was accepted, if that were the case. AND, no offer to make it right. So very poor management! that would treat customers this way and don’t even care. Bad business!! Now. When you call. They say they are closed. Make it make sense!

Do not eat here. This company apparently will not remake an order or drinks if it is messed up. They are an “as is” company. I was in the restaurant when the manager called the police on a customer for not wanting a bad drink that was made. I asked my waitress what if “If the food wasn’t right” she said they don’t remake it and you still have to pay no matter the reason. I will not be returning, I hated watching that young girl cry the way she did. It was simply a mistake on the manager and he could have just remade the drink.

Awful we just watched the manager Call the police on a couple who asked for their drinks to be remade. We heard the couple say that something was wrong with their drink and could it be remade. The manager said no, they must drink what was made, the couple said the drink tasted funny, the manager said the policy is no matter the reason the drink is final. The couple said they did not want the drink and because they didn’t drink or eat they didn’t want it. The couple was very nice and polite and the next thing we knew the police came. The lady began crying because the staff started bullying her over a drink that was un drinkable. The manager said that he has not gotten one complaint in 2 days so he was not remaking the drink. As we watched the staff embarrass that poor girl over a drink that could have easily been remade we chose not to celebrate my wifes birthday at such a place and go somewhere else. Horrible business practices. We need to stop spending money at places that treat customers horribly and like animals.

My main complaint was passing off TILAPIA as FLOUNDER, then refusing a refund..Not only that it was fraud fish but the fish was old and cooked so hard and rubbery that you could not eat it.I am very disappointed in this chain and I will pursue this investigation further.

I love fiery crab there Seafood is so good. The server was amazing amazing and really good at her job. The restaurant was clean and I enjoyed the experience. Only negative was the hostess she was really rude and dismissive to the customers almost made me not want to dine in.

Serving Moldy food is beyond CRAZY!!Though the customer service is great the cook and food is questionably Horrible !!My husband literally bit into a whole moldy potato after spending 120$ at this restaurant. To top it off I was told I would receive a call back “The manager is busy”when I called concerning this HORRIBLE NASTY issue. I don’t wanna trust to eat nothing else in these bags or from this place ever again!!
