They have a nasty worker at the register with glasses who is rude. Asked her if I could only have the sandwich instead of combo and she replied with "I asked for what size you want" with a bi**hy smirk so I took my business down the street to Supersonic wings. October 11 2023, 3:30 pm.

We love Firehouse Subs! The service is always excellent at this location
Have been to this location a few times but this visit was the worst. The oven that cooks the bacon stopped working, I changed to a different sandwich. The Coke Zero is out in the coke machine. I ask them to change it and just get a “can you wait a minute please”. Been standing here waiting. It seems when something goes wrong, it all falls apart

I paid $14 for a small combo. The sandwich was tiny, about the size of a slider. I got Mac n cheese for my side and it was too runny. I will never eat here again. For $14 I could've went to New Orleans Food and Spirit and got a whole plate of food.

Went in prior to closing. Was trying to order via the mobile app and was informed that it stopped 30 min before closing. Staff was courteous, got our order together with 15 mins to spare. Always professional.
