After the state of Louisiana lifted the mask mandate (way late in the plandemic), they refused me service due to no mask. I didn't go back for 2 years after that. I've been back a few times Not worth the bother.

I ordered the little bacon cheese burger and small seasoned fries. I took it to go. The burger was good, and the fries were really good. They gave me a lot of fries and could eat them all. Price is a little high, $13, but considering the freshness, friendly staff, free peanuts, and the frequency I go, I'm ok with it.

Friendly but quiet staff. Seating area was kept clean by a strapping young man with dreads. My food was made fresh with fresh ingredients and tasted better than the awful food I had at copelands lastnight. Pricing is bit high for what you get and the burgers are a tad greasy, but very tasty. $19 for burger, fries, and drink. The fries are an acquired taste, some love them after hating them first round. Thank you to the Five Guys team that did a good job.

Delicious burger, never fails. They have the taste of a classic American hamburger and all their ingredients are of good quality. It's a shame there isn't a branch closer to the center of NO, but I took advantage of visiting this branch as I went to a nearby Ross. The service was average, but the food, as always, was very delicious. Recommended :)

The restaurants are always a little noisy, the music is too loud, but the food and service is always on point. It would be nice if the seating in the restaurant wasn't so uncomfortable. That would make the dining experience so much better.

For the price and the size of the burger it couldn't fill up a child much less an adult . 2 Burgers and 1 fry with 2 drinks it cost me $29.56 . What an big disappointment . The Burgers were cold . Never going back to that place .

Disappointing to go order.. Ordered little chz burger w bbq sauce, burger had no sauce. Fries were undercooked, mushy. Not crispy at all. Far cry from the elmwood location. For an almost $13 meal, you must do better. Extremely disappointed.

Five Guys are good burgers. The fries are also fresh as you can get but aren't as crispy as some places.
Pro: free peanuts, the fries!!!, good burgers (not great), lots of drink choices from Coke machines, free burger toppings
Cons: the prices have exceeded the meal value; never bought a shake for the same reason

Five Guys on Manhattan Blvd. needs to step up their games. it is unacceptable to sell a premium priced large fry and only put a few bag fries. We do not go to Five Guys to NOT have bag fries. I picked up an order for work and didn't check the bags before I left, I know my bad, but the amount of fries received for 2 large orders is pathetic.
