My husband and I decided to try this based on previous reviews during a quick trip from Pennsylvania..so glad we came here. The food is AWESOME! I had the shrimp and grits and my husband had the Shrimp Etouffee. He also had the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo as an appetizer. We shared a side of Red Beans and Rice....all were delicious! And to top it all off for my birthday, I ordered the Tiramisu...it was a huge piece and also delicious. Our server, Mason, was so attentive and polite. Definitely give this place a try...you won't be disappointed.

Love this place! The meatloaf sandwich is so scrumptious and delicious and my server is always amazing!I have introduced people to this place. And they love it just as much as I do!
The food was not bad, but I found it a bit overpriced for what it offered. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience.
My husband and I just moved to town, and this is one of the first places we’ve gone to. It seemed like a small, quaint place! We went in and got to pick our own table. Our server, Mason, was so sweet and attentive! He recommended his favorites to us, and they did not disappoint! I never order meatloaf, but I took his advice. It was so good! Tons of flavor and very moist! My husband got the chef special gumbo and fried catfish! He loved it as well. Between the food and service, we will definitely be returning soon and often! Thanks to Mason for making the evening even better through your service!

Service was great. Food was good. They give big portions too. Didn't really like the fried rice though. Buy the pasta dish was good. Definitely come back to try other stuff.

LOVE this place. The waiter is always so friendly. The food is amazing as well, it represents its name well, home style cooking. I love their fried catfish(so flaky and moist) and their meatloaf. They’re sides are good too! Prices are also affordable. You gotta stop by!
