I recently visited IHop for a early breakfast, it was pretty busy at the time so there was a small wait time before I was seated and it took around 20 minutes before my food arrived, understandable, overall the food was pretty good, atmosphere and cleanliness was on point from my experience, and service was still pretty good despite how busy the servers were, would come back again with friends and family

Today, my mother & I went to this IHOP location for the first time for Christmas. I sadly will not return to this IHOP location ever again after today. We arrived at 11:40 am and left at 1:20 pm, even though the restaurant was hardly busy, being one of the few open restaurants on the holidays. The employees and the manager seemed completely discombobulated. Nobody was working at the front, helping customers sit down to dine. Servers walked past our table several times without acknowledging us or even asking for our drink order, for what seemed like forever. A waitress who already had several tables chose to wait for us because she noticed no one had come to take our order since we were seated. The one waitress in our section was waiting for one table with one customer, a customer who arrived much later than we did. I watched as diners who came in before us got their food and left before us. Even after eating, I didn't bother getting containers to bring home leftovers because of how long the wait would be to get some. Paying the check to leave even took 30-plus minutes, after someone finally noticed we were trying to pay and leave. The manager was prioritizing online orders over attending to the customers inside. Employees are talking about walking out, not coming to work the next day, or quitting within earshot of the diners. The manager even told a customer picking up their order that if they couldn't wait, someone else could pick it up. (After waiting half an hour for their food). Several diners walked in and walked out because of the wait & lack of communication with customers. One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. This IHOP is awful and needs a lot of work before I ever go back.

The store smelled of raw sewage. While I was waiting for my carry-out order, two patrons entered then left before being seated due to the overpowering stench. The employees should not have to work in such conditions.

This restaurant recently reopened after being closed down for a few years. The problem is, when you first walk into the front waiting area, you are greeted by a rather unpleasant odor. Not sure if it's a plumbing issue or what but it hangs in the air making your dining experience unpleasant. We have been here twice since it reopened, and have decided to not return due to the odor.

Normally my family have fantastic service here at ihop at the Harvey location but today as we was eating my mother noticed a piece of hair in her plate of food instead of apologizing about it they seemed to just brush it off as it didn’t happen they wasn’t sympathetic or apologetic about the situation yes they did remake it but it’s besides the point as management staff yall acted like you don’t care about your customers your customers pay your bills without us ihop doesn’t run please take better care of your customers I probably will not be back at this location due to this

the bald headed guy was so rude to me not only did i see him cook someone else food all sloppy and gross but he also has the worse attitude ever i went to dine in for my birthday and he was just pacing around on the phone when i waisted over an hour on my food his tone of voice toward me was so sarcastic and rude i will NEVER be coming bravo here again and anyone else steer clear of the bald guy and his terror of bad words and word vomit

Every plate came out wrong, even when it was sent back to be corrected. We tried to play separate checks and the employees couldnt even handle that and we had to end up paying all one check.
