It's hit or miss. Needs better staffing. You might get a good meal one night and go back the following week to the chef being too high to cook. Or having an entire menu that cannot be made at the time due to laziness. Waited an hour and some change before leaving because nothing could be made. And yes, the chef reeked of Marijuana and was passed out on a table. The only person being professional was the waiter at the time who did not charge me for the drinks due to the long wait and lack of service. I wish him the best and hopefully this place finds new management to take care of their hiring process.

Not impressed. My wife ordered the French toast with 2 slices with scrambled eggs and bacon on the side. Waitress made it the combo so it only came with one slice. I ordered the avocado & bacon eggs benedict. I got eggs benedict with ham. Altho they fixed that with no issue. Waitress we had seemed drunk or high. She was definitely off. The cook was a nice woman. She made it tolerable. Definitely won't be back to this location.

I had a horrible experience today. As a healthcare professional, pregnant and getting off at 7:25 am l have decided to stop at IHOP to pick up some breakfast something l never do, but was exhausted and hungry. I arrived at 07 am, placed my order and after waiting for about 15 minutes in the lobby, the young lady came back and told me “ I'm sorry we are out of steak omelet.” ?, l sat in the car defeated, but kept observing different customers leaving with their orders, so l decided to go online and place my order. Waited in the car for another 45 minutes, walked in, and guess what? My food was ready for pick up and all l could hear was that's the lady that was here, that's the lady. The manager was present with two other ladies and this happened on 09/13/24 at 7:25 am to be specific. Do not come to work if that's what you guys have been doing all day, it is horrible and unacceptable. Please do not listen to the employees and place your orders online they all need to be fired at that restaurant.

(PHYLLIS MANAGER) NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE'S VERY VERY RUDE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS SPENDING THEIR MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT
SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. THE A/C IS BROKEN AS WELL, STRAWS ARE NOT PACKAGED SLIVER WEAR IS EXTREMELY FILTHY.

Phylis the manager of this establishment was unprofessional in the role of Leadership. Her attitude was disrespectful, disgraceful, not friendly & unwelcoming. I was faced with a problem with redeeming my rewards points and her problem solving methods led to more problems and escalated the problem to become a problem with me as a customer . The air conditioning broke. The customer is not placed first when you’re are paying for a service at this establishment. She was very rude and obnoxious. Instead of solving the problem she walked away with an horrible attitude. She tried grabbing my personal belongings( my phone) and then was extremely rude when I declined handing her my phone. My encounter with her ruined my entire experience at this location.

3 stars only because the lady waiting on us was doing her best to serve us. When we walked in our 4 year old grandboo said, it stinks! It did we almost left. A/C was broke on one side of the restaurant. Coming in the entrance door slammed hard...door closure was leaking oil. Something in the bathroom not even sure was very smelly and out into the dinning area. Shame on the franchise owners for not taking care of this property but mostly shame on IHOP corporation for not shutting this one down. Needs some huge upgrades before I go back.
