Constantly getting orders wrong, just today I ordered T-bone steak and eggs and they were apparently out of tbone( which is understandable) but instead of canceling the order they decide to “replace” it with sirloin tips which not only taste nasty, but aren’t even valued at the same price point so I’m basically getting cheated out of my money (and with all the extra delivery fees added on that is completely unacceptable) . Don’t try to get over on your customers by replacing food items so you can still get your money.

I was with my 18-month-old daughter for 23 minutes and she screamed hunger at me and they didn't even offer the night with a bad character and a bad attitude apart from the bad service to whoever has God, how is it possible that I had to go out to another restaurant so that the It's true that it's very annoying and very distasteful and in bad taste that someone arrives last and gets it first. It's ugly that because you speak Spanish they treat you at least in a business. 1719 Manhattan

It has continuously gotten worse in ensuring condiments that would be given if eating dine in are missing l when getting delivery. I get the big steak omelette and I know don’t even get sour cream/salsa or butter for pancakes. Pass u less eating

It’s so embarrassing to have people come in from out of town and they had to experience the ghettoness of the staff here. An employee was terminated, the manager and the termed employee arguing over a pink slip in front of dining customers. Like when do you realize nobody want to experience this type of behavior. I’m not even sure why this ihop is still open. The quality of food is disgusting. I’m unsure who the district manager is of this location, but I’m sure it’s time to find one that can hire suitable people that can carry themselves professionally! Ghetto isn’t something to be proud of it!! It’s absolutely disgusting!! Our waitress was okay and looked to be irritated at the behavior of the others. Maybe the waiter should transfer to the Lapalco location, they don’t have this type of issue. Do better and act like adults!!

I went here at 4am n they didn’t want let us dine in. They’re supposed to be 24 hours but it seemed liked the workers was just being lazy n didn’t want to clean after the customers. I would never go to this location again.
