On. Friday night , and there were only 5 other cars in the parking lot should have been first sign! BUT; We were seated immediately, and we had a new waitress with no trainer. She was struggling and we were patient and gave her understanding. She was able to take the order, then that’s where it went South. Three of the four meals came out. We couldn’t get refills or additional sauces. The 4th meal which was mine didn’t come out til the rest of the party was finished. My meal was a chicken bacon avocado dipped in buffalo sauce. Of course my meal was taking off the order, but the inconsistency. Not to count the bathrooms flooded and the restaurant was shut down at 9pm.The avocados were in fair shape at best.

I went in Thursday 2/19/23, was seated right away. No waiter, the bar tender took or order but was very slow. All the staff was on their phones, and just talking. When the food finally came, it was servilely over cooked. No one came back to see if we wanted refills or anything, they just brought the bill. I would avoid this place. Terrible service and food.

The restaurant was spotlessly clean; my waitress, 'Tracy' (SP?) was as good as they come, she was genuinely friendly, you could hear it in the tone of her voice & the look in her eyes, helpful, fast on the uptake, and always came by at the right times, not too much, and not too little; I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas & they were outstanding in quantity & quality. Thank you Chili's!

I made three orders of boneless wings but received three orders of bone in wings, The wings were cold with a very horrible smell and nasty taste looks like they been cooked for days I wonder how is this place still working and I wonder where is the health department from this location absolutely nasty should’ve noticed all of the comments here .

Horrible, I ordered a Smokehouse combo and did not receive my Ribs. Which clearly messed up lunch for me and a family member. I have been ordering from Chili's for the past 3 years!!!! Here visiting from NC, thought it'd be nice to order some wings before turning in for the night. Ordered through door dash for the first time and the order arrived promptly however the wings were horrible, I ordered two combos 8pcs bone in lemon pepper with curly fries and a coke for both orders, Just Wings sent 8pcs ??? boneless wings that we could not eat,and the lemon pepper wings had no flavor and the food was cold. I will never order from this place again.

So online it doesn't show the location properly. It doesn't state that it is inside of the ? so we drove around past it several times. When we called the number to confirm the location. It then tells you it's in the chilli's but that you can only order online and pick up. But then if you go there they tell you you can only order through Doordash. I was severely disappointed and went somewhere else completely so I can't even rate it on food. I'm rating it on the headache and confusing which caused me not to even order at all
The wings are bland. I ordered 2 different flavors and I couldn't tell one from the other. I had to look at my receipt to remember what I even ordered. Both tasted like bland flavorless meat. At least they were actually cooked properly.

So this place is located in Chili’s so technically you’re ordering Chili’s wings. My experience wasn’t bad at all the chicken was cooked properly and they were actually good. My only issue was that I was I ordered thru doordash and it told me to wait on curbside, waiting a little bit and figured the food would be waiting for me and was not going to be delivered. Fries were saggy by the time I picked them up, service was decent.

My family and I am visiting from Atlanta. The whole experience was horrible. From the drinks to the the food. It was a party of 8. Food came out ice cold. Some didnt even get their food. The manager had an attitude and wasnt trying to correct anything. I wouldn't even recommend this place to a homeless person. Stay away from this place......
