Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Harvey

Delicious !!! So much flavor and warm food ! Very good staff ! And well organized!! Love it so much! Would be coming back !!

Customer service was okay.
Food was good, but they need to drain meat juice, it makes tacos very soggy and the salsa is very watery not good.

The food is very delicious, especially the quesadillas ?

Steak bowl was horrible. Tasted like they added half a cup of salt. The seasoning overpowered the steak flavor. Couldn't even tell they added pico de gallo and very limited lettuce. Not good at all.

I love izzos they have delicious food. But they also have a 8.99 taco special which is perfect for just 1 and the toppings are more than a few I forgot to take pics but I'll be going back there so I'll share some pics next time.

Disappointed is an understatement. Save your time and money! I love the Metairie location and decided to eat at the Harvey store today… that was a mistake. The service was poor and the food was disgusting. I will never come back. You’ve been warned :)

Great spot to have lunch. The food is great, customer service could be a little better. There is no acknowledgement when entering the restaurant or thank you when purchasing food. Apart from that, food is great.

Stopped into Izzo’s while on a work trip in Harvey. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but some of the guys I was working are locals and said the burritos were really good.

I love the amount of choices for everything! It’s kinda like the other “build your own burrito/bowl” place that’s out there, but way way better.

I had the spicy chicken in a cayenne wrapper and it did not disappoint one bit! Everyone I was with really enjoyed the food!

I ordered a super shrimp burrito online to share with my husband. Tell me why it was the same size as the regular burrito. I also order online so I can just go pick it up but I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes while the three workers behind the counter ignored me(they only had one person ordering) Looks like izzos is going down hill like chipotle. Rude workers and small portion sizes even when paying more for the bigger size. Never again!

I understand wanting to go home which is why i placed my order to go because they were closing in the next 20 minutes but there is no reason to lock the door and have me knocking on the door like a fein and once i do get in because a current CUSTOMER opens it im not even greeted but you tell me its pickup only and i said im picking up and you say again its pickup only, maybe if you’re attitude wasnt so nasty you could hear what someone is saying to you, people need to learn how to be kind it takes 2 seconds but now im in here for longer than i wanna be because you wanna be rude and you gotta ask my name 7x

This place desperately needs a new nighttime staff. When your staff doesn’t care, your business suffers… Because I eat at this location often, but I’m very unlikely to do so anymore because of rude, discourteous, and lazy staff
