Foods ok but when we order food and you dont label anything we dont know who's is who's. We have people allergic to items and now we have cut super wet items open to hopefully figure it out.

Even worse, there's almost no meet but this is like 2 lbs of filler. So half way through you're full but also sick

I stopped here today on my way home against my better judgement because the past few times that I've come here the food has been completely garbage. I went in today to get a burrito and a bowl. The food looked very old and cold and the place felt dirty and nasty not to mention the portions that the workers were giving were so small, it wouldn't even fill my toddler up. After spending time putting together my order, I asked for mild illegal sauce and they were out of it. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF MILD SAUCE??? Everything in me wanted to leave the order right there and go elsewhere but I didn't want to be rude so I decided to try another sauce. Long story short. The food was horrible. I'm never coming back here again. I'll just drive to Chipotle.

I’ve come to this place many times since it opened and it’s sad to say that it has gone down the crapper since the pandemic. Portions are small, food is cold and dry. The sauces don't even look like sauces, they look more like colored water. The place feels old and dirty. The condiments next to the drink machine have disappeared and there aren't any drinks worth having. Today will be my last time coming here to spend money. Time for a new fast food burrito spot to pop up on the westbank.

Customer service was okay.
Food was good, but they need to drain meat juice, it makes tacos very soggy and the salsa is very watery not good.

Steak bowl was horrible. Tasted like they added half a cup of salt. The seasoning overpowered the steak flavor. Couldn't even tell they added pico de gallo and very limited lettuce. Not good at all.

I love izzos they have delicious food. But they also have a 8.99 taco special which is perfect for just 1 and the toppings are more than a few I forgot to take pics but I'll be going back there so I'll share some pics next time.
