Won't be visiting back to this location. Placed a to-go-order said will be ready in 15 minutes, showed up around the time and had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. Really slow with hardly anyone in the place and barely acknowledged me, seemed to be taking care of walk-in order instead of online. There was a bad smell in the place, made me lose my appetite while I waited. The sandwiches were Ok, but one of those situations where the experience ruins it. Definitely do not recommend online ordering, as walks-in seem prioritized.

Michael and Brice are wonderful. They did a catering job for our office which is on Lakeshore Drive in New Orleans and everyone was so impressed. We are definitely going to use them again. The sandwiches were all clearly labeled as to what they were and what was in each sandwich.

As I walked in this afternoon, this place was nasty!! Food all on the counter, the area where the food is being prepared was very dirty as well. One young man had a full nasty beard without any net. I know the owner and I know Mr. Johnston is not aware of this mess, I would never eat here.

Today was the first time I ever step foot in a Jersey Mike's Subs. Located in Harvey L.A. I was greeted the second I walked in I explained to the staff that it was my first time visiting. They gave me time to look over the menu as well explained to me the hot subs and cold subs. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the G.M. Mr. Bryson who was very polite and very patient with all my questions. Everyone and my food was a 10 across the board I will return also I had the Phillips cheese steak on the rosemary bread 10 plus. I'm glad I gave them a try now I have some were to grab a bite when I don't feel like cooking and not even 15 minutes away from my home. I hope this review help someone.

Great experience in this store. I went to grab a quick lunch and the store was super clean and organized. The staff was so kind. Someone who seemed to be a manager helped me at the register and signed me up for their loyalty program. This is my favorite Jersey Mikes location I have visited.

Didnt even get a welcome in, workers were rude and I am thinking racist because all of the sudden soon as a white person come in they get a hello. Food was disgusting, dont know the hype about this place
