I made an online order. We were told that that only had white meat for the extra crispy. That was fine. We picked this up on our way home from work. When we arrived home, the chicken was spicy, extra crispy. There were individuals in the home that could not eat it. I did not bother trying to get it corrected. But I did want to leave this review.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the organization at this establishment is lacking. There was only one staff member attending to customers, and I witnessed another patron waiting for nearly the entire 27 minutes of my visit. It's frustrating to see that kind of delay without any communication or support for waiting customers.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. It was apparent that the facility is in dire need of a thorough cleaning. Dust and grime were noticeable in several areas, which detracted from the overall atmosphere.
Furthermore, the decor and layout could use a complete remodeling to create a more inviting environment for patrons. A fresh look and some attention to detail could go a long way in enhancing the experience for guests.

Just left KFC spending $23.00 and the workers put 1 biscuit with 1 of my orders and forgot the other 2 biscuits with the other 2 orders. Chicken cold I’m not going back to KFC and it wasn’t crowded with any customers in there. I keep calling and nobody is answering the phone. KFC ya’ll done loss your best customer sorry not sorry. When I’m spending my money I expect my food to be right.

The lady at the drive-through was not very friendly and usually when I get a KFC bowl it kinda hasn’t even portion of everything chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes and gravy, but today almost got mashed potatoes and gravy. I just took a bite of it right before posting this and does not miss it either. I’m gonna contact KFC.
