Staff has bad attitude issues. Some are ok but some of them needs a little working on. Don’t go there when they’re about to close. They give you the dried out chicken that tuff to chew and I guess they hope you don’t check the box before you leave.

I think I can confidently say that today will be the last time I ever eat KFC chicken from this location or any location. Out of sheer convenience, I tried it one more time and today probably had to be the worst fried chicken I could’ve ever ordered in my life. I ordered chicken tenders that looked nothing like the pictures or the videos I’ve seen online and on different reviews. They weren’t crispy or crunchy and as a matter of fact, they tasted like old chicken that was probably sitting for hours if not from the day before because they were hard and tough to chew…almost harder than jerky! I bought two separate pieces of regular fried chicken and it also looked like they were old and potentially fried more than once. The breaded skin looked dark and burned. And once you peel away all of that skin, you’re left with a very small piece of chicken. I would recommend to anyone to just buy your chicken somewhere else and come to KFC to get your sides and that’s about it. The coleslaw the mashed potatoes, and the macaroni are pretty good for being fast food and you get a decent portion size, but outside of that I would stay very far away from this chicken. I honestly am amazed at how long this establishment has stayed open selling such low quality chicken. Outside of the sides being decent I will say that for the most part the crew working at this location has been a bright spot and I usually have a good experience with them so I’ll count that as a plus but whatever the owner/operator of this location is doing with this chicken needs to stop and start all over I think you can get better chicken at Brothers gas stations. If the prices weren’t so high it probably wouldn’t hurt as much but I spent well over $20 and feel like I seriously wasted my money. Popeyes and churches definitely serve better quality chicken and they’re decently sized pieces, regardless of what part you order. I know I won’t get my money back and I know that whoever owns that location won’t do anything to make things right but at the very least, I can let you guys know that this chicken was not good at all.

My son and I just ordered take out about 30 minutes ago, to which I was excited beens we eat popeys or homemade for chicken. My son is a first responder so he is exhausted after a long 12 hour shift. It was SO disappointing, this chicken was so greasy it immediately fell through the box, soggy no excuse we live only 3 minutes away. Literally 1.1 mile away. MY SON REFUSED TO EAT IT- HE ISNT PICKY, IT JUST SUCKED! SORRY KFC but you need people that care about quality. BACK TO POPEYS! THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT!!!- SMH

I made an online order. We were told that that only had white meat for the extra crispy. That was fine. We picked this up on our way home from work. When we arrived home, the chicken was spicy, extra crispy. There were individuals in the home that could not eat it. I did not bother trying to get it corrected. But I did want to leave this review.
She had a very nasty attitude..and my food was cold..NEVER GOING BACK!!
