We were recommended to the restaurant by locals. When we arrived the place was packed which was a good sign that the food was good. We waited quite some time to have our orders taken. When the food arrived some were on glass plates and some paper plates. On the way to the restroom we saw piles of dirty dirty dishes - that explains the paper plates. The pho was really good however the bun was less impressive. While the lemon pork was delicious the noodles and sauce were blah. We didn’t find the waitress very friendly. After missing one of our items, there was a half hearted “sorry” and then it was in the receipt. I would not eat there again.

The crab Rangoon is horrid, I’ve never had such horrible Rangoon in my life. There was no stuffing just liquid inside… the taste of whatever it was inside wasn’t palatable wasted the whole order so sad

Pho came with no sprouts, no herbs like the picture they advertise. $25 for 1 bowl of soup an order of Vietnamese egg rolls and ice tea. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be going back!

I would like to give this 1 because the food was really dry and with no seasoning with only oil inside ..

Great place, the dish was ok but I have had better, it's good for a bowling alley.

The service is excellent. The staff is very attentive, polite and welcoming. Then followed up by the food....oh my !!!!! My coworker called me on the phone in my office to ask if I was ok because every other bite I'm say " Oh my goodness ". LOVE Kim Anh's !!!!!

I ordered from Kim Anh’s through a food delivery service. Therefore, I cannot comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. However, the beef and shrimp Pad Thai I ordered with noodles was amazing. You can get it with no spice, a little spice, or extra spicy. I opted for a little spice, and I was not disappointed with the slight kick. This was some of the best Pad Thai I’ve had in a while, so much so that I had to post this review while I am still eating! I also ordered four small fried Vietnamese egg rolls which were crispy and flavorful. (Note: I had already two of the egg rolls before I thought to take a pic.) If I’m ever back in New Orleans and wanting this type of food, I’d definitely order from Kim Anh’s again.

I visit many Viet restaurants. This is definitely one of my favorites. Food is excellent and most importantly, consistent. Service is very friendly. Pricing and ambiance is good.

Kim Anh’s is a hidden gem on Jefferson Highway in Harahan. The Pho and all the Vietnamese dishes are very tasty. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

We just came across this place by chance. My oldest son and I had egg noodles with combination soup. My younger child had a bowl of Pho. My wife had vermicelli. We all were pleasantly surprised because we did not expect much. All of them looked so great and tasted delicious. We also tried their custard. What? Custard at Vietnamese restaurant? But I dare to tell you . you have to try it.We definitely want to come visit them again whenever we have the chance.

I LOVE this local Westbank Restaurant. The family is great and they always have superior food. Service is quick and the food taste super delicious. This is by far one of the bests restaurants to eat at.

I got lunch for everyone on a Saturday at work and decided to support Kim's Noodle House with the business. I made a phone order and the guy that picked up didn't know how to price a certain item ( combination pad thai). Then a lady came got on the phone to verify my order and try to hang up before I've finish placing my whole order. She then told my that it'll probably take about 20mins to be done. Our complete order was a Bo Luc Lac (shaken beef), Combination Pad Thai and Bun Bo Sao ( stir fry beef vermicelli). My wife arrive to pick up the order and had to wait a few more minutes. She said that the place was empty too. Once she got back and we was ready to dig in.... We notice that they didn't provide us with any utensils to eat with. After finding some from previous take outs, my coworker opened up his bo luc lac and made a face. He said that it didn't really look like it and tried a piece of the beef.I really hate to say this, but he instantly spitted it out. Told me that it tasted really bad. My wife and I both tried a piece and we all thought that is was too salty and had a tangy flavor to it. The rice that came along with it smelled old too. My wife got herself the pad thai and the portion was a bit small for ($14). Anyways, that too was overly salty and at least half of it was bean spouts. I remembered that Kim's Restaurant had one of the best Pad Thai too. Guess they aren't the same owners!! I myself got the stir fry beef noodles and I was quite disappointed too! Prior to trying I gave it a visual and nasal test.... Sorry becuase they both fall the test. It didn't have that aroma of a very hot wok nor the lemongrass flavor that other place do. As for as the way it looks...I'll say that both the protein in this and the shaken beef were tossed in cornstarch and flash fried to tenderize the meat. They both tasted like something out of a Chinese restaurant than a Vietnamese one. To sum things up, I thought the food was to fatty/oily for Vietnamese food. It lacked the aromatics and spice too. Sorry but I don't think that I'll be returning here!!

I'm a sucker for a good Singapore noodle dish. So, based on a previous yelp review, my table ordered this, as well as their combination pho, and crab ragoon. Beginning with the crab ragoon, it was the worst version I have ever had. The filing was liquidy and tasted like they added crab juice instead of actual crab. The Singapore noodles were very disappointing, to say the least. It tasted like something Panda Express would make. No curry, no spice, just over heated oil. Lastly, the pho. I kind of knew what to expect, since I have already tried it at the Pho Festival. The broth was really good, the noodles were good, but the meat and beef ball was just okay. From a service standpoint, they were very understaffed. It took about 20 minutes just to get my tea offer. However, when I informed the very apologetic waiter I was in a hurry, the entrees came out fairly quickly. Overall, I give it 1 star, adding one star for the pho broth, which is up there with Doung Phong and Pho Tau Bay.
