The second time I’ve received a delivery from this place missing one of the two pizzas, and two crazy sauces. Grubhub delivery says they can’t do anything and don’t even try calling the store. The managers will just ignore you. Best they can do is refund “the appropriate amount“ for the order. If approved by their specialty team. Order and pickup in person at all costs. The delivery system is horrible.

so we have been waiting on a refund for our terrible order for over 3 weeks now!!! so when we got our pizza, MOST of the toppings were slid OFF the crust in a pile inside the box!! The rest of the pizza was just trying to keep it together almost as much as me.. needless to say we didn't eat that night.. we were told that this issue was happening more and more often lately and DoorDash was responsible.. called DoorDash and they said it was Little Caeser's problem.. we were told we would get a full refund for our order in 5-10 business days and it has been WELL OVER that long.. so we called again and STILL, neither DoorDash nor Little Caeser's is taking responsibility!! now with no hope of a refund at all!! Keep playing with people's money as if they didn't earn it so they can feed themselves for another day, or as if your company is exempt from consequences.. I will ((eat y'all)) instead if I dont see my money asap! I am not above it when I'm hungry.

The inside was hot/uncomfortable. The associate attending wasn’t pleasant at all. His facial expression was screaming I hate my job. Maybe some cold air may change the atmosphere in there. Receipt says Heather A, but attendee was male, tall & dark.
