When at speaker take order .. sitting waiting for you to take order and you take other order when person just pulls up . You need to figure out who has been sitting in line waiting for you!!!! It is pathetic to have two lines because you do not know how to manage them .
Went to this McDonalds which is always open. Yeah right. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:15 pm and was told the drive thru was closed for the night. I went next door to Rally's and as I was leaving there, I saw a car sitting at the pick up window of McDonalds. I tried to call there when I got home and got nothing but a fax machine ring.
Horrible customer service. I had to repeat my order six times before the young lady got I right and after all that the order was wrong and the food was horrible. Check out my egg whites. Horrible
