When there on last night I ordered a double dish combo. Lemonade drink and I wanted the medium sized combo. The young lady with the hot pink pony tail. Rung up a large . I. Expressed to her that I didn't want a large combo. She gave me my change back. I get to the second window pickup my order pull off . my fries were full of salt, as if they shook the entire bottle of salt on them. And my fish sandwich buns was still as a board I couldn't bite it it it was so hard. Now this young lady charged me 12 dollars and something for something I couldn't even eat. I'm going back and talk with management today. Not a happy customer. I have been here at least 3 times in 2 weeks.

Had order 20 pc nuggets a basket of fries and 2 double cheeseburgers on yesterday. Everything was made correctly except that it was all cold and nasty tasted like old grease. I live near this Mc Donalds and go there often they are really losing their touch.

Got a happy meal for my daughter and the chocolate milk that was given to me was expired in March 26, 2025. Today is May 31st, 2025 this is unacceptable to have milk that’s been expired for months and given out to sell. It’s not like it was a mistake since the expiration date was literally on the cap and was handed to me. Never again will I come back here, just think if they don’t even keep track of the expiration date on the milk what else are they not paying attention to in the there.

Went to get food and waited in the hot sun for 15 minutes and when i got to the window the guy said we are taking cash only right now and i got frustrated and drove off amd i heard them say we are joking. You dont play with people like that and its very unprofessional.

Smells terrible. They have a play place, so we like to let our kids run off some energy while I work on some homework, but this particular location has a really bad smell. It smells like ALL of the wax seals on their toilets need to be replaced, and it's noticeable as soon as you walk in the door. I have no idea how people can eat there. Staff is very friendly, but the owners seriously need to invest in some upkeep.

Food took forever, service was preoccupied with drive through the whole time, food was bad, and there was a guy tweaking near the large table so we were afraid to go by it and me and my friends had to cram ourselves on a small table on the other side of the eating area. And while we were leaving there was 9 homeless looking men walking in a single file line into the McDonalds holding plastic bags filled with something. I was already in my car when I saw this happening and I didn’t want to investigate so I don’t know what they did after as I simply left.

Went there this morning, got to work and the orange juice was nothing but water, me sandwich had nothing on the bread, it was dry as hell and there were no grilled onions on the steak! This is the worst sandwich and drink I’ve ever eaten from McDonald’s! Tried calling but they don’t answer the phone! 🤬
