I've been to this location 2 days in a row and both days my wait was kuch longer than it should have been.
Visit #1: I ordered a McFlurry and a sundae from the app. Pulled up to the drove thru and was asked to wait a moment. 10 minutes later they finally acknowledged me again on the speaker. By then, the 3 cars that were in line ahead of me were gone and I'm pretty sure they just forgot me at the drive thru.
Visit #2: ordered nuggets and fries on the app. Was greeted immediately in the drive thru and told to pull up. When I got to the widow, I was informed that it would be 3 minutes because they were just dropping the fries. 6 minutes later, I received my order.

I asked if i could have an extra cream on the side for my coffee and the lady got mad and said I was “slowing her down”… i was the only person in line and proceeded to give me a black iced coffee instead when asked for caramel.

I'm giving three stars because every single time I come to this location never fail every time I pay for apple pies never receive them I'm told to come on the app to get a refund when I never even get that Right now I'm this $17 out on apple pies that I never received from this location other than that it is one of the best locations I literally passed three just to get here I just really wish y'all would get apple pies

I stopped here and decided to go the bathroom first. An employee walked in used the restroom and then proceeded to leave without washing their hands. When I was done I went up to the counter to ask for a manager on duty to let them know since this is extremely gross. The manager on duty was the employee who used the restroom and didn’t wash their hands. She proceeded to cuss me out and frankly I just walked away because it is not worth it. Do not eat here please. Imagine if the manager is not washing their hands, how the other employees acting when it comes to food safety?

Told me to pull up to the third window because my food wasn’t ready. After waiting 15 mins I go inside and they forgot to make my food. Then they didn’t give me fries and the manager said nothing about it and she was the one who forgot my fries
