12/16/24. Found our authentic Vietnamese restaurant in New Orleans. Tried so many other restaurants but none have the Viet authentic taste that we were searching for. Good food and price is nice too. Love the authentic Vietnamese ice coffee that they made individually with a phin filter. Definitely a place we will come when visiting NO.

My husband & I was referred by a family member to come here, it’s the best Vietnamese food. We recommend everyone to try Minh Bistro you’ll be very happy you did. This is our 3rd time coming. Everytime is like the 1st. It’s amazing❣️❤️

Terrible. After waiting for over an hour for food and watching other tables who came after us get their food first my friend and I were notified they ran out of pho. By this time all our other friends were about done so we didn’t want to order anything else. We didn’t get any apology, any discount and instead they charged us gratuity. Don’t ever come here if you want to waste money and not even get to eat.

Placed one order of mi hoanh thanh over the phone and was quoted 15 mins. Got there after 15 mins and my food wasn’t done, ok that’s fine. 10 mins later I asked the lady for an update but never received one after passing me up many times. Was able to finally get a hold of her to ask again but kept being told that she’ll check. The place was not even busy. They were only serving 2 tables, other than that the place was empty. Had to wait even longer because she ran off to the back and didn’t come out till the phone rang. I just told her that I didn’t want the food anymore. As I told her I didn’t want the food, she runs to the back and finally brings it out but at that point I was fed up on how I was treated and got my refund. Was never got back to nor checked up on. I felt like I was invisible and that she was trying to avoid me the entire time. Wasn’t nice or friendly and most definitely NOT a welcoming space to be in. Never once apologized for anything either. If only she got back to me once it would’ve been fine. She didn’t have to smile or anything which she never did.

Good food at a good price. Had the char grilled pork vermicelli dish with egg rolls added to it. The staff is very patient with customers, especially those who are new to their menu. Huge seating area, though when a rush isn't going on, it does feel empty and quiet. Despite the tv going on in the background

They dont like Black people here! As soon as I sat down the lady literally hee eyes before walking over, and then asked me 'what do you want?'... just like that. AS I was ordering, she stopped mid sentence to take a phone call. Then stopped and took a white families order and then proceeded to come back to me. She got to my table and didn't apologize or anything. As I'm ordering, I asked her a question and she literally smacked her lips and rolled her eyes. That lady was very unprofessional and obviously racist.

They do NOT like Black people here! I've been coming here for every other day, I'm here for work. The lady that was seeing me would literally away from me mid sentence to take care of the white customers, I am black. She told me to hurry up and order, was rude The whole time. I wasn't difficult, didn't ask for anything except to order. I don't understand how you're racist in a predominantly black area. She is the older Asian woman there. A disgusting rude woman.

My family traveled three hours away to visit family, they Ordered a whole steam chicken for 36 dollars. Looks like we got half cause we’re missing a chicken leg and some. Taste great but quantity was disappointing for the price.
This place has the best Pho and spring rolls I've had down south so far. I'm originally from Los Angeles so my standards are kind of high. My husband had Mandarin Chicken he said it was all right but he compares everything to China Doll. The staff was polite and attentive. You should definitely go check it out it would be worth the money and time it looks like they have karaoke too. I will be going back again.

My husband had Mandarin Chicken he said it was all right but he compares everything to China Doll. The staff was polite and attentive. You should definitely go check it out it would be worth the money and time it looks like they have karaoke too. I will be going back again.
