Waitress was a doll and very patient as my sis took 3 hours to get there then had a problem with everything 🙃. It ain't easy dealing with picky eaters.

There was 20 ish minutes of a wait because we came on a Saturday for lunch. All of the food was delicious, especially the Redfish Pontchatrain! While majority of the staff was very friendly and accomodating, I have to admit that I am disappointed with the service we received today. Our waiter was incredibly inattentive and seemed annoyed every time they came to our table. I usually avoid commenting on service at an individual level, as I understand how difficult restaurant work can be. That said, there were extended waits throughout our meal, and we eventually had to go to the host stand for our check after not seeing our server for quite some time. While delays (or having an off day) happen, the lack of communication made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. A brief check in or acknowledgment of the wait would have gone a long way.
Still giving 4 stars for service because the host, the manager who came to check on us, and the other waitresses were all very kind and helpful

First time going to this restaurant with friends and I loved it. It's very popular! They serve you very well on the many different types of food on the menu. This is family oriented and groups are welcome also. Had a great time with friends. Very enjoyable to me!

The food was really good even tho I'm sure I didn't get it the way the cook intended. The waitress was very slow with my food but for some reason two other tables that ordered basically the same thing I ordered received their food before me but ordered after I did. Another waitress not even attending my table brought out my food while our waitress was getting food for tables that weren't hers for food that was ordered after me. I don't know their logistics but either way my food came out Luke warm and although it was still good I wanted to eat it hot. And I ordered two alcoholic beverages and the waitress asked for my ID and that was very strange because I don't think I look like I'm too young to drink.

I eat at this place all of the time. I've brought my family multiple times. I get the lunch specials probably every other week if I can afford a 15 dollar lunch. Which isn't bad because I eat on it for 2 days. I usually do the red beans or speghetti. And the speghetti I got today was so damn good I just had to come and leave a good review. I love this place. Its one of the best if you ask me.

I got food To-go but it was pretty good. The only thing I would say is the voodoo eggrolls taste different the second time we went. The gumbo was good and so was the seafood platter.

First we waited for about 30-45 minutes. Then once we was seated, someone other than our waitress had to take our drink orders while our waitress was picking up plates from another table. Then 20 mins later she walks up to take our order and instead of putting our order in… she decided to take the other folk behind us order and collect the tickets from the other tables she’s waiting on. I’m so annoyed..I really wish I could sit in another section. Best believe IF I return…I will definitely request any section she is not working. Dun passed us twice and did not bring out my voodoo rolls. The restaurant is damn near empty now. Disgusting! I know we should have gone to Deanie’s.
