I took my elderly aunt to Panera on Manhattan today because she absolutely loves it, but today was absolutely horrible. The Gal who took our order was great very nice and professional, however the people in the back were not, First they forgot part of my order, when I asked them about it, they gave me a hard time about it even though it was their fault. They were rude and when my partner came up to the window to ask for some butter they ignored him, when I went up they tried to ignore me as well but I stood there and repeatedly asked for butter to which they gave me 2small packages of butter. The food was also abysmal, the bread was incredibly dry and stale. Part of order was the BBQ chicken ciabatta which had very little sauce, I asked for a little more sauce for my sandwich and told them I could pay for it, again I was ignored. So if you want to be treated with simple human dignity DO NOT go to Panera on Manhattan blvd. these people cooking your food are terrible at their jobs.

Unprofessional, just threw food in our bag without it being wrapped or boxed. Was told they didn't have sausage but my order came out with sausage? And when I got my order they didn't notice I had a drink aswell.... Unorganized.

Just ordered a pick up order and I picked it up in a timely manner. I was missing three different things in my bag. As well as when I got home, I realize there wasn’t any lettuce on my sandwich. The lady was very rude at the window. I used to work at Panera for 3 years so I’ve always loved it and never had issues until today just kinda bummed me out!!

My son ordered uber eats or some other delivery today. Why can't your employees have more pride in the food they deliver up to people? Why did the cheese on my Steak n Wake sandwich look nothing like the picture? There was so little of it, and what was there was broken into tiny bits. It looked unappetizing, and there was hardly any egg on the sandwich either.

I ordered a Greek salad through the drive thru and I waited almost 30 minutes just for my order to be ready. I was the only one in line. This is a salad I regularly purchase and the salad seemed to have been thrown together.
The cashier never looked up from her phone to acknowledge us.

This is their “half” i’m sorry but this is a quarter. When asked if they can make an actual half. The worker stated that is their half size. If they made another one it would just be double the price. Never coming here again since they are never accurate with their portions.
