Traveling from a few states away, and I was sooooo impressed with the service from the staff, the food, and how everything about the place made me smile. Everything was flavorful and the prices were so reasonable I wanted to order the whole menu. Will come back next time I'm in the state!
The 3 stars are for the service and boiled shrimp. Our waitress and other staff were very pleasant. We ordered the catfish platter, alligator platter, boiled shrimp, and a boudin link. The boudin tasted cheaply made. The boiled shrimp was the only thing worth a star. Everything else was bland. Not even salted. High prices for very low quality food. Between the noise from the tvs and radio playing at the same time and a couple other customers, the atmosphere felt unsettling. We...
