I have tried to get through promotional 2$ pizzas and both times the Manhattan location refuses me. I thought all locations honored the deal.

Rarely oder pizza from this location because my husband doesn't like this pizza hut he prefers the one on terryparkway. But I never had a problem ordering from them tell yesterday I had a long string of gold hair in our pizza which was very disgusting. The pizza wasn't even the size pizza that comes with the dinner box. Very disappointed hair nets need to be worn when preparing people food. 🤢

store had boxes from delivery everywhere. store was dirty. 2 of the men had dreads and no nets. 1 guy had on slides. lady there was nice. my pizza had hair baked into the crust.

If I could give them a zero rating, I would! Not only does it always take about an hour (sometimes longer) to receive my order, but I just got my order and all the toppings are off the pizza and gathered in one corner of the box. As if that wasn’t enough, I called and told them what happened and they hung up on me. Now, they’re refusing to answer calls. I will NOT be going back there and if you want GOOD pizza, you shouldn’t either!

I'm updating a review from 7 years ago because my pizza was amazing. It was just a stuffed crust three topping but it was made with love and baked just right. They nailed the amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings.
My son placed and order online around 10:30pm a simple lg pepperoni when he got home he had a lg old DRIED out cheese pizza then all phone calls were ignored this is unacceptable..Pizza Hut on Manhattan Blvd New Orleans..this place has really gone downhill
