If I could give them a zero rating, I would! Not only does it always take about an hour (sometimes longer) to receive my order, but I just got my order and all the toppings are off the pizza and gathered in one corner of the box. As if that wasn’t enough, I called and told them what happened and they hung up on me. Now, they’re refusing to answer calls. I will NOT be going back there and if you want GOOD pizza, you shouldn’t either!

I'm updating a review from 7 years ago because my pizza was amazing. It was just a stuffed crust three topping but it was made with love and baked just right. They nailed the amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings.

My son placed and order online around 10:30pm a simple lg pepperoni when he got home he had a lg old DRIED out cheese pizza then all phone calls were ignored this is unacceptable..Pizza Hut on Manhattan Blvd New Orleans..this place has really gone downhill

Update: Visited the store and was quite impressed with the professionalism of the employees. After not getting through by phone for questions before making my order…no lie, I was quite frustrated. But the service once there won me over. I would visit this location again. ??

Ordered delivery through the pizza hut app and only half of the order arrived and what did arrive was cold! Called the store 3 times just to be put immediately on hold without talking to someone. The delivery driver came from door dash, so neither company takes any responsibility. An hour later when we got ahold of corporate pizza hut they still couldn't offer a refund. Don't know if the driver stole the food or if it was even made. Terrible in all aspects.
Ordering here is a delight! They never make a mistake, and the personal touch of always greeting me by name adds a special touch. Extremely pleased with the service. Keep it up!

Wrong things undercooked and overcooked. Breadsticks were over brown and hard. Cinnamon sticks for way too soft on the inside and undercooked. Pizza Head 2 in across around the edges of a square cuts. And somewhere there must have been an accident with the apple pies because they were all smashed.
