The food was on point, however I didn't appreciate arriving home to discover that I was given the wrong order. I returned back to the restaurant, and the drive thru employee was very nonchalant. Holding up the order, I blew my horn to get her attention, she looked at me and continued to look at her phone. The other young lady that had been sitting the first time I came through continued to sit while the both of them conversated, appearing to be very unconcerned. Another employee came to the windows and asked if she could help me. I explained that I was given the wrong order while handing her the bag. I showed her the receipt she corrected the order and handed me my correct order. Unapologetic and unconcerned on what good customer service is supposed to be.

Maybe best popeyes on the westbank now!?!??!? Seriously. The new management and shift leaders have really made an impact. The chicken actually tastes marinated now like it did when we were growing up. I know right??? Go figure!!!

This location is not open until midnight. They will still accept your order online though and happily take your money. When you arrive it will be closed. Location sucks.
Ordered two chicken dippers combo and 3 piece white combo. My order was ready soon as I pulled up to pay. I’m like that’s kind of too QUICK anyway Got home chicken were spoiled. Called NO ANSWER! Host that sold me chicken her name is Akia as it shows on my receipt. Long story short, I took food back with receipt and Akia had an NASTY ATTITUDE. She stated she is not giving me my money back out her register as if I had NO PROOF OF PURCHASING. She threw my receipt to her co worker and did not come resolve matter after the lady said this was your ticket with your name on it she said SO…..I told Akia I will be back to speak to Ms Janice someone that’s OVER you DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!!!!!! AKIA NEED JESUS
