Bruh?! I have so many questions why even work in fast food of yall can't do something as simple as cook chicken I ordered using Uber tonight it's 10:45 pm and the store closes at 11:00 pm I put my order in at 9:30 pm the driver arrived at 10:10 pm it's sad y'all sad, y'all probably don't care but I am gonna leave the comment anyway I wish I could give y'all negative stars honestly this store should be shut down

My coworker and I went to eat there so we ordered a 16 piece meal with 3 large sides and I understand that they had to make some spicy chicken so they told us it would be out 6 minutes after we ordered. We stood there 15 minutes and I still had to ask what was going on with our order. Four customers behind us came and left with their food and we still hadn't gotten served. The chicken finally came out and it sat there for about 5 minutes before we were served. After they served us our food, we asked if we could have two boat trays (plates) to eat our food there and the young man said they ran out and didn't have any more. So we just started to make a mess on the table. Who's going to be able to eat every possible flake of crispy chicken coming off those bones? When we started eating, an employee from therewhose shift had ended saw us eating without plates and he asked us if they didn't give us plates so we told him they told us they ran out. He said "they didn't run out, I work here" he went to the back and got us what we needed. If it weren't for him, we would of made a big mess. As we were leaving, I asked the young man at the register if I could have two smaller containers so I can take for lunch tomorrow and he said he didn't have any more. He said he was down to his last two. He couldn't give those to me. The food was good but the service SUCKED BAD! It was not just bad service, IT SUCKED BAD! We will not be going back to that location.

This location moves so slow . The employees look like they have poor hygiene. I waited in the lobby for a whole hour just for them to take my order . I could've went somewhere else and got served while the same people waited in line . This place needs to be shut down . Or they need new management and employees.

The food was decent. There is a cashier there ...short ...wears glasses....her attitude is horrible. I honestly will drive off if I see her there. Food is average. You gotta catch em on their good days.

Super bad experience. Waiting in line for 30 minutes for bad service, bad attitude. Cold and uncooked chicken, mashed potatoes and fries. Mango lemonade was tart and old. Very disappointed with this visit, $15 wasted on nothing.
