Today i had went into Canes and was greeted with the most rudest person ever. Had a simple question and she answered in the most rudest way with much attitude. I believe her name is Brittany/Brittney. Not sure how to spell her name but i’ve had other people tell me when they go in she’s very rude and it’s not a very welcoming atmosphere. The way she talks to her customers is not someone who should be seen when u walk into canes. They should have a happy jolly person not a person who hates their life and takes it out on others in a working atmosphere. Have a lovely day <3

Gave two stars because they try to help decrease the line by having people outside taking orders but this just holds the line up. You have five cars waiting to order and only one car waiting to pick up food from window. ?♀️

On Thursday, October 12 around 12pm, I went to eat chicken, as I usually do, 2 or 3 times a week. And I was assisted by an 18-year-old boy named Nick M. I took a speaker to charge at their facility since it was new and I wanted to use it in my car and they noticed when I approached the electrical connector and I went to sit down and i never touch the speaker again which 5 minutes later we observed the same suspicious boy cleaning tables in front of us, And not only cleaning the tables but dragging the benches to sit from one side to the other and in a very noisy manner which I understood that his objective was to bother me and not clean since you do not make any type of sound even to clean the carpet, They send employees to clean with a broom and dustpan instead of using a vacuum cleaner. and he approached me to tell me that in his facilities we cannot play music which i pointed to my shirt telling him that I also worked in a restaurant and I know what the rules are, he didn't need to come and tell me something like that. He only responded that he understood what I was saying and then left and when we finished eating our dinner I proceeded to the counter to ask him his name which he told me was Nick and I asked him how old he was which he told me 18 and mockingly told me Do you need me call a manager? which I said no, and when I proceeded to leave the place I was not seeing him but my girlfriend was because she was outside waiting for me but as I walked leaving the place she could see how He was laughing at me for some reason that I don't know. I don't usually make these types of comments since I go to eat at their same facilities very often and I never had any problems.
