Put a 1 only because there is not a 0. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in Louisiana hands down. If we do not like our job, stay home, find something that you are more tuned with. Like I said, the absolute worst. Never will I attempt to eat there again. Didn't even get a chance to make a order for my family, got to the intercom and the guy working was beyond rude. So I backed up and went to another establishment.

Depends on which Rally's you go to they differ. But this one is a great fast food hamburger and fries experience.

Ordered two spice chicken sandwiches for lunch today, the chicken Pattie’s was over fried was hard and dry not good usually the food is good at this location but not today. Please serve good food our money is worth it.
I went through the drive thru and was taken aback by the AI robot that took my order. It was interesting and threw me off, but she got it right.
