I have been here for several events. Outside atmosphere is beautiful at night. Inside is well decorated. Good food, lots of space, clean, pleasant staff, and a stage. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this wedding hall. Their communication is absolutely terrible. They don’t answer calls most of the time, and when they do, they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. On one occasion, they even hung up the phone while I was still talking! It’s shocking how poorly they treat potential customers.
If this is how they handle basic inquiries, I can’t imagine trusting them with something as important as a wedding. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and find a venue that values its clients. They don’t even deserve one star 😔😔😔😔😔
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Royal Palm. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. I tried multiple times to reach them via email, phone, and even by visiting in person, but I could not get a response. After finally getting through, I was contacted by Chad, the general manager, whose attitude was shockingly rude and uncollaborative.
When I explained that I needed to book a wedding for February 1st, he told me it was unavailable. I mentioned that I was inflexible, and he offered February 7th as an alternative. However, when I tried to book February 7th, he outright refused, saying they could not accommodate me. I even offered to bring in food and staff from a third party, but his tone remained dismissive and unhelpful.
His explanation? A minimum of three months’ notice is required for even a small wedding of 75-100 people. This makes no sense, especially given that he himself suggested the date and then refused to proceed.
The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall attitude make it clear why this venue is often empty. I would not recommend Royal Palm to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful venue for their event.
I would give them zero stars not one, where to complain if general manager treat me in this way
