Person taking the order today. Messed up the whole order. Drove back to fix my husband’s and then saw otw home mine was wrong as well. I can’t have sugar. Great way to start the day. Repeated our order 3 times. Six dollars down the drain

The manager or shift supervisor was on a cell phone for my entire visit. Not sure who she was talking to, but I know she was not talking to customers. Save one time… A customer came in who had gone through drive-through. His order was wrong. When he stepped to the counter The person on the cell phone happened to be standing there and she said, “what’s wrong.” He told her what he needed, and with disgust on her face she snatched the bag out of his hand and threw it in the trash. Then, without saying a word went over and corrected his warmed food, put it back in a bag, and dropped it on the counter for him. I will not be back

Starbucks never disappoints, and the Medicine Ball tea is my go-to! It’s the perfect blend of soothing and refreshing, especially on cold days or when you're feeling under the weather. The mix of honey, citrus, mint, and peach is balanced just right, providing a calming warmth. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick, making the experience even better. Whether I need a pick-me-up or just want to relax, the Medicine Ball never fails to hit the spot. Definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t yet!

I come to this location quite often and tip every single time. I say good morning, some roll there eyes and some keep working or keep having there conversation in there headset. But let a customer at the window not tip and you’ll hear the whole staff talk about it.
This location has very rude employees for the most part.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a drive-thru worker. This is the second time I have had a problem with this particular guy handing me a tall/small when I ordered a venti/large. After charging me for a venti and then handing me a tall, I explained to him my issue and requested for the correct order. He deliberately goes back, puts the drink into a venti cup, and then adds MORE ice to make it seem fuller. Nearly a third of my drink consists of ice.

Starbucks never disappoints! Every visit is well-crafted, from the delicious drinks to the inviting atmosphere. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into the customer experience, and it shows. I highly recommend this Starbucks (or any Starbucks, really) for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable place to relax or work.

I only go to this Starbucks if the one closer to me is packed. Unfortunately, of all the Starbucks in the Westbank this one is the worse. Half full cups, taste horrible and there is this one employee who is constantly trying to be funny but he comes off annoying and condescending.

I went by the drive thru and asked for two croissants one coffelate and one coffe americano with cream and 5 sugar, the young black girl gave me one croissant one coffelate one caffe americano with no sugar I told her that were two croissants and 5 sugars she gave that with her face really angry she hasn’t any education she didn’t say good morning or have a good day I think people who doesn’t like it’s jobs don’t have to be doing it
