Starbucks never disappoints! Every visit is well-crafted, from the delicious drinks to the inviting atmosphere. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into the customer experience, and it shows. I highly recommend this Starbucks (or any Starbucks, really) for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable place to relax or work.

I only go to this Starbucks if the one closer to me is packed. Unfortunately, of all the Starbucks in the Westbank this one is the worse. Half full cups, taste horrible and there is this one employee who is constantly trying to be funny but he comes off annoying and condescending.

I went by the drive thru and asked for two croissants one coffelate and one coffe americano with cream and 5 sugar, the young black girl gave me one croissant one coffelate one caffe americano with no sugar I told her that were two croissants and 5 sugars she gave that with her face really angry she hasn’t any education she didn’t say good morning or have a good day I think people who doesn’t like it’s jobs don’t have to be doing it

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This location has some people with TERRIBLE ATTITUDES !!!! When people pay $12.00 for a cup of coffee they could at least give me what I paid for. I paid for 2 extra shots of expresso and they did not put them in my drink, and you can't fool me because I have drank them long enough to know what it taste like and I can visually see the difference without them in it.

Today was my second visit to the store #6434 on Manhattan Boulevard in Harvey each time I ordered a venti chai tea latte and each time it tasted like hot milk with a splash of chai tea each time I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive-through today was worse today was 24 minutes only to receive a rude hello and a rude goodbye.I only return to the store because I thought maybe the barista was having a bad day and they were shortstaffed, but the same service was provided today while there were three barista working.

Starbucks is a very convenient place to get coffee because they have an app to preorder but you don’t always get what you order every location makes it different. They are convenient but convenience is not always worth it.

Great location but the last 2 weeks the service has been terrible.all my drinks orders have been made wrong and now with these new hires apparently the warming oven is broke or they are out of the sandwiches . I go here often to treat myself but the staff they are hiring ain’t it. Pay them enough or train them well cus it ain’t right to be spending money to NoT get what I asked for repeatedly . Today girl gave me lactose when I asked for soy. Mind you I’m lactose intolerant and back at work

Visited this Starbucks today and was incredibly unimpressed. Drinks were watered down and flavorless. The ratios of product to syrup and milk were very clearly off. One girl with braids was very rude when I asked for clarification on how my drink was made and was told it was what I ordered and shoved it back at me. Very disappointed and will not be visiting this location again.
