I recently visited this Subway location and had a disappointing experience. After placing a mobile order and sitting down to wait, I approached the counter to request that my sandwich be double-toasted. The employee responded curtly, stating that I should have added this in the notes. I explained that I had included the request and showed a screenshot from my phone as proof. At that point, the situation escalated. The employee became confrontational and ultimately asked us to leave, going as far as to fake call the police. The owner then intervened but sided with the employee. Overall, the environment was very unwelcoming, and I left feeling disrespected.

7:50pm. Store closes at 9:30 and we were told pizza was frozen. Cookies were put up. My family and another lady were turned away because they are putting away everything to get off early. Food should be put away at the time the store closes not an hour before. If this store isn't making money it's because your employees are turning away customers an hour before the store closes. With an attitude at that.

I ordered a catering order for our employees last Saturday. I ordered 33 Footlong Box Meals. We received 6" meals. We gave out what we had to our employees as it was lunch time. I called today to have this addressed. I was told they were going to do nothing about it. No refund, nothing. We won't be using them for our lunches in the future. Very poor customer service.
