this has to be the WORST subway I have ever gone to, I ordered a regular six inch sandwich double toasted and after I got it, I went back to my car to take a bite and the bread was as hard as a rock, so I went back inside to just get it remade and the employee had the worst attitude even though I was being nice; then the 2nd one came out arms flailing talking about “because he wanted it toasted five times” and being really rude and went to the back, at this point I wasn’t gonna argue over a 8 dollar sandwich and just left without escalating the situation. I hope whoever these employees are mature and grow up, not everything is a matter to get mad to the point of no return. do better, and grow up. listen to me when I say don’t go here if you want good customer service

I recently visited this Subway location and had a disappointing experience. After placing a mobile order and sitting down to wait, I approached the counter to request that my sandwich be double-toasted. The employee responded curtly, stating that I should have added this in the notes. I explained that I had included the request and showed a screenshot from my phone as proof. At that point, the situation escalated. The employee became confrontational and ultimately asked us to leave, going as far as to fake call the police. The owner then intervened but sided with the employee. Overall, the environment was very unwelcoming, and I left feeling disrespected.

7:50pm. Store closes at 9:30 and we were told pizza was frozen. Cookies were put up. My family and another lady were turned away because they are putting away everything to get off early. Food should be put away at the time the store closes not an hour before. If this store isn't making money it's because your employees are turning away customers an hour before the store closes. With an attitude at that.
