I don't k.ow who took over ownership of this place, but it is absolutely AWFUL. have always used the app to place my Subway orders at this location and the last few times I uave ordered here, the sandwiches has been a nasty, sloppy mess! Today, I ordered cookies on the app and my daughter goes there to pick up the order and I assume the owner, tells her that there are no cookies
He gives her the receipt and tells her to go to the location on Manhattan because he's spoken with them - they have the cookies ready. She asks, is this the location near the movie theatre and he says "yes, yes, that's the one." She proceeds to go there and the people tell her they have no clue what she's referring to. She then goes to the location in the WalMart and they too tell her they have no clue what she's talking about. She informs me of this and I proceed to call the Harvey blvd location to inquire about what happened. After calling several times, someone finally answers the phone and turns out, it the same guy who spoke with my daughter. Now he's telling me, "the oven is broken". She needs to go to my other store on Manhattan. I said "ok, is that the location near the movie theatre?" "That's the location my daugther said you sent her to." He tell me "no problem, pick up from my location on Lapalco". Ok, "so wgich location on Lapalco." He puts me on hold and ces back with an address of the fourth Subway on Manhattan. I asked him on several occasions, "did you tell my daughter the locatuon near the movie theatre?" Completely evaded that question. Asked him three times and then he hung up on me. I called back. He asnwers again. I asked, "did you hang up on me?" He tells me "yes." Ok, so I asked again, "fid you send my daughter to thr wrong location?" Still wouldn't answer. I was pissed and still am. I will never order from this place again, and sure as hell never on the app again. I'd rather spend my money at Jimmy Johns!

Awesome customer service.
I bought large order. The website very easy to use. When I got to store my order was ready sealed for freshest and my Receipt had my Name very large so you can read your name. Staff greeted everyone who walked in. I ended up ordering one more sandwich ? and it was well made .None of my sandwiches were prepared sloppy.
Clean store fresh food now after 4pm I give it a 3

No sandwich of the Day menu, and they only have two types of bread. White and wheat. They need to do better.

This particular subway never have many customers when I'm on my way from work, so I literally be in and out quickly. Food always nice and fresh.
