ToGo orders are never ready at the designated pickup time can expect an extra 30mins on top of the wait time they give you. Never fails at all it’s very unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely when it’s a school night and you’re trying to feed the kids and this is want they really want.

worst experience since ever no way I waited for a to go order a hr in a half my waitress was wonderful she even came and said something but I still wanted to speak with a supervisor because why it took that long for my food to come not one in site so i’m calling cooperate in the morning

Very disappointed with our visit. Jade was extremely rude and demeaning. While we were waiting in the lobby area, she started cleaning near us. She told us if we didn’t want to stand by the door, we could wait in front of the hostess stand. We thanked her and declined. When we moved inside to be seated, she approached the hostess stand and openly talked negatively about us to her coworkers saying she asked us to move and we refused, to which the other girls at the hostess stand asked who and she described and gestured toward us. All the girls at the hostess stand turned to look at us. It was so obvious and audible and quite frankly, embarrassing. All in all, extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable situation.

DWAYNE & DUAN SMALL

My husband and I just left this location very disappointed. We usually don't have any issues but today was different. We joined the wait list which was only a 10 minute wait. Once inside we were seated shortly after. Our server Myron took our order. 2 ribeye steaks one cooked medium and the other medium well with 2 sides on both. Plus 2 margaritas with an extra kicker on both. My salad came out which I shared with my husband was great. Unfortunately after almost 30 minutes that's all we ate. At about 20 minutes in we notified Myron that everyone around us (4 tables) had received their food before us but were seated after us. Myron assured me that our order should be out shortly. It wasn't. We decided to leave but not before speaking with the manager Joe. Joe explained that they are working on a new system that tracks when an order has to go out. We reiterated to Joe that 4 other tables seated after us received their food. He stuck to his story which frustrated us more. This system must be flawed because it didn't correctly track our meal. I feel instead of the manager insisting it was the system he should have simply apologized and admitted that our order got lost in the busyness off the overwhelming crowd. We wanted to pay for our drink which he allowed us to. I also feel he should have tried to rectify this situation some how but he didn't. So unfortunate.

Had reservations for 10 people. They never told us that everyone needed to be there before they would seat us . We were told to wait outside in the cold till they called us. Then they told us we'd be waiting an hour to be seated. So we left and went to Outback , who gladly seated us, and the food was great.

Garbage service. Called ahead and waited 30min for some overweight guy with 4 female servers to sit on their ass and do nothing then tell us it's another hour wait. You're money isn't good here.

I ordered the steak kabob to go. I was disappointed when I got home because the plate looked like someone picked at it. It look very unappetizing so definitely not worth the price tag plus tips. I most likely won’t come back here for a while. Maybe they will find someone else to pack the to go food by then.

Call ahead to get seated. Worked out pretty well. Very crowded restaurant.
Ordered 8 oz. strip steak. Half of it was fat and the other half was tuff. Damn. Horrible food. Very bad experience at this restaurant. Server was ok. Girl that brought out the doos had a chip on her shoulder and took it out on us. Grumpy woman.

Walked in the restaurant was brought to a table with a bunch of trash under the table requested that the table be swept under it was told bussers are to busy and they don’t sweep during a shift proceed to sit me at another table with dirty dishes still on the table the host proceed to wipe the table with the silver ware roll up. I’ve never experienced this type of service at this establishment I either order Togo or come sit in the restaurant at least 6 times a month and this was a first . Don’t think I’ll be back

The service was actually pretty decent once you were able to get a seat. They are normally pretty busy, so be prepared to wait. They take care of you well if you can endure the wait, and the food has been good every time. Be careful on those slick floors though!

Waited 20 minutes at the ToGo window, knocked on the window several times and no one came, and every time I went inside, they pointed me back outside. Trying to avoid the super long wait inside, and ended up waiting long outside also. So disappointing. The food is so good, but the service and wait times makes it not even worth it to eat here anymore.
