Came to Fridays with my kiddos for a quick bite! Was greeted by Charles who was kind and delivered excellent service! He was energetic and fun for the kids keeping us laughing while ensuring our food was to our liking! We will definitely be back

It’s like it’s impossible to get in contact with the department that you need to talk to and then not to mention I had to wait almost 10 minutes to speak to someone just for the line to get disconnected lol do better

Fridays used be a childhood favorite. So excited to see one here in Harvey. Grabbed some take out. Service was great. The young man that got our to go order was really nice. The timing was good as well. But the food not so great. Husband got the ribs, shrimp, taters n broccoli. Whiskey glazed ribs, on point. Shrimp was very over cooked. The shrimp was so tough. Taters were ok. Too salty. Broccoli, perfectly cooked but to salty. I got a burger , asked for medium done, it was over cooked and too much season. Fries were good. Really disappointed.

Me and my mom came for food we had to sit in the waiting area for 20 minutes then when we were seated we had to wait almost 25 minutes for her to come to our seat to surve us and when she went made my mom's drink it was all wrong and we still haven't gotten food then we just left after a over an hour

My husband and I had lunch here today. We haven't been in a long time, and I was disappointed to find out the pretzel breadsticks with beer cheese dip are no longer available, but we got a different appetizer that was pretty good. The food was reasonable for the price, but there was a damp, slightly sewery smell. Our waitress was amazing though!

Only one server there seems to care about your experience the others are to busy playing around and having friends hang out. Last two times food came out cold. To be honest not sure why I keep going back expecting a change. My last visit the entire restaurant was empty and we got sat by a big water spot on the floor and a leaking roof with no one trying to contain or clean.

Don’t eat this garbage I had the shrimp pasta and it gave me explosive diarrhea all day. The food was disgusting and it almost made me throw up. I will never be eating here ever again.

I visited this location on 6/16/24 around 530p I ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta, when I received it the plate was hot but the food was cold. So, I just asked for a to go box and brought it home. Now, I wasn’t the by myself, the other lady was experiencing the same issue, so we both handed our card payment over and asked her to split the check evenly. How about they brought two separate receipts, but when I checked my balance they charged my card for the whole payment instead of doing what we asked. Tried calling the store no answer just a note to not visit this location especially if I don’t have cash handy.
