Food was good . Atmosphere was fine . The rules in place is crazy . I had two to go kid meals . My kids ate their food in our family vehicle . I went inside for refills and was told that wasn’t an option . The only option was to buy another drink . They rules I guess but it’s poorly decided because I’ve never went to a place where I had to buy a whole other drink . There wasn’t even an option for a charged refill . Smh very tacky and for that I won’t be back at that store . I’ll go to the other location where I can easily get a refill since I’ve already paid a price . I wouldn’t want to be a worker there with those crazy rules . She was serious about it and for that I fount it even more funny and crazy at once . Lol

1st time was in South Carolina and it was great then did traveling and everywhere we stopped if they had a waffle house we definitely stopped. And the experience we still awesome. Can't wait to go again

Food was decent, portion size was awful but thats a given because everywhere is doing that now. Service was great, waitress was attentive and helpful and atmosphere was decent. But I was early day. Not 3am so cannot speak on that. Overall wasn't a bad experience

Terrible service, lady wasn’t nice, not enthusiastic, one piece of toast was burnt other was not toasted at all, bacon was nearly raw, found 3 hairs in the hash browns, when me and my friend walked in none of the tables were wiped down, the waffles were fine until the middle was completely raw, everything about this place is terrible

9 times out 10 your order will be wrong You could call it in get home 20m later or walk in and get a wrong order. I typically expect this type of service from other restaurants and brace for it; but was lenient bc 24 hr service just wasnt expecting an attitude to correct my order pls I tipped $10on a 20 bill. Oh yeah dont bother with the manager he's useless. I'd highly recommend go somewhere else even if it's an inconvenience just for a piece of mind
I love Waffle House. My go to is the All-Star Breakfast with diced hash browns, scrambled eggs, and bacon. You can't go wrong.

The food was okay. I thought the hash browns were thicker than the ones I've had at other Waffle Houses and the sausage patty was a little spicy. I live in Mississippi, and never have seen Waffle House employees or any employee texting or listening to music too loud for customers to hear. It wasn't crowded but I saw an employee using FaceTime while working. It's normal here in Louisiana I guess.
