Horrible service. I waited 42 minutes for my food from midnight to 12:42 am on 2/24/24. The cashier had an attitude. I have never witnessed such bad service.

I've been a few times as to see if just maybe things would be different. No not at all. The hamburger Patty's are as dry as cardboard. I love Wendy's greasy burgers. Not this location. I've only gone at night. Maybe it's a night shift problem. 1 more chance if I go back it will be during the day.

Food & Service was great but the only problem I had was the intercom in drive thru to order the food were broken so therefore it was a little delayed. I was pushed for time so that's why it bothered me.

10 minutes for a Dave's Double and a large fry it's kind of crazy when you're the only car in the drive-thru. The food was fresh and good so I'll give them that, but fast food is certainly not fast anymore.

One person in line…took over 30 minutes to get our food. Other customers waiting for over 15 minutes to get waited on….extremely slow workers who appear to not know what to do…no management oversight or sense of urgency during a back up…

They don't like to substitute items when you mobile order. They just tell you "we don't have such and such items and to contact support". I think they're just being lazy since they already have your damned money and don't wanna fix all of your food. I left a negative receipt survey result and contacted support through the app and still had to end filing a chargeback! Never, ever again. ?
