I drove way over there to Harvey for the popcorn chicken with the rice cakes that are advertised literally everywhere and I was given just chicken. I can get popcorn chicken from anywhere. I came here for the chicken as advertised. Not once did anyone say “hey we are out of rice cakes, do you want to order something else”. I then asked why I had no rice cakes and I’m basically told to be grateful they gave me more chicken instead. The problem isnt that they were out of rice cakes, but that I wasn’t given that information up front, so that I can make my own informed decision on how I want to spend my money.

i have been going to yum tra before they expanded to a food menu. the drinks are good & the food was good. however i didn’t like how you can’t get anything “plain” you had to HAVE a sauce on the item, what if a person dislikes sauce? or has an allergy? i wish they are more mindful of that. other than that, the food itself wasn’t too bad

I had such a wonderful experience at the grand opening! The food was absolutely fantastic — the egg rolls were the best I’ve ever had, the calamari was perfectly cooked, and even the potato stick was packed with flavor. The boba was so yummy and refreshing! On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the owner made sure everyone felt at home. I can’t wait to come back!

Is it worth to give it a try? Ye…s, they’re tasty enough to deserve a try. One thing I was quite shocked is their poor customer service. They “rudely” claimed that they don’t have a certain flavors at this moment and treat me with ignorance: when I saw the complete order has been placed on the front bar, I politely asked them if this order is for me (I wouldn’t do that if they were packed or busy, but there was only me and few customers at that moment). The other young lady came and responded “if it’s your name on the drink!” and turned her back to me right away. I said thank-you (for nothing) and left the store. C’on young and pretty ladies, we don’t come to ask anything from you for FREE, we paid for the drinks and the service. Please stay at home if you don’t feel comfortable and love what you’re doing.

It’s my very first time visiting this store and I’m already in love! I see myself as being a regular here. First of all, they have a huge selection of drinks to choose from. I want to try it all! The very first drink that I tried is the biscoff latte and that tasted great. Just the right sweetness and taste of the coffee itself
I stayed to work on some things on my laptop and the place is perfect to do so. It’s very clean and simple! There’s tables and chairs plus WiFi available. Not that much outlets though so come prepared having electronics charged
On top of it, the owner is SUPER friendly and nice. She offered me a FREE DRINK while I was in the middle of working on my laptop. I was very thankful! (She also offers salon services if interested). Overall, the quality and service is excellent! I HIGHLY recommend this place

I felt racially profiled and disrespected, I spend alot of money here on drinks for my family, today I tried a drink that was recommended, I tasted it when I got to my car and decided to see if they could enhance the flavor it tasted horrible, one girl who Ive never met, was OBVIOUSLY disturbed by me not liking the drink and she made it Known rolling her eyes, and talking in a disrespectful demeanor over a tea. So, I said, I can PURCHASE another, As I was not looking for anything free. I asked to speak to the manager she was not there, she said she called and the manager said they couldn’t do anything about my drink, just buy another. It was the way they made me feel that I will never spend a penny here again. To much racial profiling in this world today, But I dont have to spend my hard earn money anywhere I get horrible treatment. I was not rude I was just unsatisfied with the taste . I purchased two today, most times I purchased 4 for the family. But, Never again .
