Today I'm trying the Italian beef dip sandwich from arby's. The sandwich by itself is not very good. It's got arby's roast beef, with what appears to be melted white, american cheese. And a very light sprinkling of pickled italian vegetables. The pickled vegetables add some flavor but there's not enough of them to make this taste good. It also came with a dipping sauce. I'm guessing this is au jus. When I opened the azu container, it smelled like dog food. So I closed the back up and I won't have any. I added some of the horsey sauce. I wish I had brought my own creamed horseradish, cause this horsey sauce is not very good either. But it does make the sandwich taste better. I also got some of their hickory smoked barbecue sauce. Which tastes even better than the horsey sauce. This restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. Overall, this meal is a one and done.

I didn't like the gentleman's attitude tonight when I came in through Arby's in haughton drive thru. The dark skinned gentleman snatched my bank out of my had and nothing but attitude with us. The crew member that also worked there on 12/24/20025 @ 11:09 told us he was sorry for the other guys attitude and told us he didn't know why the dark skinned guy was giving us attitude. Very unprofessional. On the register the name of the gentleman is Jonathan. I don't like how he was towards us tonight. Im loyal customer and for your team member or acting manager tonight was so very unprofessional. Poor excuse of a manager if you ask me

If you eat here bring a bib and a towel to wash off with because they slather their sandwiches with a grotesque amount of cheese oozing out, you can hardly pick it up without it falling apart with how much cheese they put. I asked for light cheese sauce and the whole sandwich fell apart the minute I pick it up, its a whole mess. Taking my business to sonic from now on

Specifically stopped here because its an arbys at the pilot truck stop and they don't take pilot points. Simply unacceptable basically every other location does. Waste of time.

When I arrived at this location it was 30 minutes before their listed closing time. When I went in for simple two for $6.99 meal, the guy working said that they weren't serving any more roast beef tonight, because they already cleaned and turned off their slicer. The only reason I got off of the interstate here was because I saw the Arby's sign. Really frustrating when someone is sitting there stuffing their face with a roast beef sandwich, yet they tell the customer that they're not selling any. This really irritated the crap out of me.

Yall should maybe think about getting a new cashier. Not only rude, but doesn’t listen to the customers who order. Rushed my mom and wouldn’t let her pay for her food, charged me for her food, gave me a meal when I said sandwich only.
