I recently stopped at the Arby’s at the Pilot in Shreveport and ordered a BBQ burger that, according to the picture, should have come with fried onions, bacon, and plenty of BBQ sauce. What I actually received was a cold burger with three tiny strips of onion, half a strip of bacon, and almost no sauce. When I asked about it, the manager insisted it doesn’t come with those toppings, even though it’s clearly shown in the picture. This is blatant false advertising, and the food quality was incredibly disappointing. Definitely won’t be coming back. We’re done my appetite. I will report this to the BBB.

Joseph was so busy trashing the company I work because he once worked there (had on my uniform) he went on and on and on, it was so inappropriate. The worst part is I get home and he got my damn order wrong! So you can thank him for me not coming to this location!
