The drive thru was closed because of the worker shortage, but I didn't mind going inside. The food was delicious and the workers were very friendly.

During normal meal times, especially dinner the wait can be long. But the chicken + jalapeño combo (gotta order separately) is delicious and my go to. The biscuits aren't the best here, kind of over cooked, but they're still good. I they forgot my biscuits on a drive thru order but gave it to me when I (kindly) asked about it a day later. Kindly is important to emphasize because its easy to be rude when there's no need to be. Only thing I wish they had are the BBQ wings/boneless wings that the ones in Memphis sell. That stuff is so greasy and oily but so darn good.

When I pulled up there were two employees outside smoking, and when I got to the register I stood there for maybe 30 to 45 seconds before someone came out. A lady and a gentleman came out of the restroom went straight behind the counter and started taking orders and fixing food as well as the two people from outside. How disgusting is that you come from the restroom, you may or may not have washed your hands in the restroom but the perception is you’re coming from the restroom and you didn’t wash your hands if you immediately start. I know the two people who came from outside did not wash their hands. How disgusting I left without purchasing anything to return.

It was only 9pm and they only had 2 sides corn and dirty rice the chicken wasn't hot it was very dry the sides didn't seem fresh at all and I believe they close at 10pm. Should t you have more sides heated up you have an hour to go. And for $54 I think we should have had much better choices and fresh food.

Website says they are open and don’t close until 10pm. Got to the drive thru at 9:32pm and when I wasn’t greeted by anyone I called the store and they said they close at 9:30pm.

I purchased orders for three people at 11:30am (lunchtime) and the chicken, fries and biscuits were hard as a rock. They were not fresh and Inedible for the elderly couple trying to eat it. Quentija was nice and friendly.

9:30 coming to the store, we understand it’s late and close to closing, but yall have an obligation to serve us people. And also we saw all the workers chillin in the lobby just sitting down waiting for it to turn 10. Getting paid to sit on the clock. Annoying
