Need to be shut down like the rest of them went out of business. I got there at 8:30pm and they already turned the fryers off and they close at 9:30pm Houghton Louisiana location.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Order was cold and completely wrong. Fries and tenders were not edible (even my dog would not eat them, he just looked up at me with a really pitiful look, I've never seen him not eat something)! Chicken thighs were dry and stringy. The coleslaw was great, though. The second time in a row being disappointed, there will not be a third time.

Second time to this location first was meh. This time staff was friendly and the food was fresh. Really enjoyed it. So glad they finally got a crew that has some personality and friendliness about them. Well worth the drive from minden.
Sides were acceptable yet chicken was not fresh and did not receive utensils for my sides.

I have never left a review before but after what I witnessed tonight, I severely felt the need to. I have never seen a workforce so incompetent at a restaurant. i waited for 20 minutes when there was little business at the time, and people who got there after and ordered got there food before me. everything was very disorganized and irritating. also how you gonna claim ice cold drinks and not have any ice?

Kim was so sweet at this location and my food was very tasty.
I ordered 2 Smokehouse chicken meals and 2 chicken thighs and my bill came to $21 and some change. After waiting 20 minutes at the window the lady says the cook didn't drop but 1 smokehouse so it'll be an additional 17 minutes did I wanna wait. I said no so she said we can substitute other meals so I ordered 2 two piece dark meals with no drink. They gave me my order and said thanks and I was like wait I gave you $22 how much is this and it was $17.59 she said. I said well I'm getting cheated here and when I said that the manager and the cashier became so ugly with me raising their voices. They said get out and come in that I was holding up the line. Well I'm on oxygen and it's hard on me that's why I use the drive in. The manager said in a loud voice, "What?! You out $4 or $5 dollars! What's that?! She couldn't wrap her head around why I was upset. So she yells at me and said YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK?! At this point she was so ugly to me I just grabbed my receipt and left. So adding up the food I actually got and what I paid was a difference of almost $6. The store is nasty and the workers always have an attitude. I'll never be back!!
